I had a probox in my 2000 Chevy Silverado with two 10" subs on a JL audio 500/1 slash series amp and that box sounded great. I could have fed it another 500 watts honestly...iut was no joke. That bass system sounded awesome. Probox hooked me back in the day. Today im looking at a 4 6.5" system in my 2015 GMC Sierra with an audio control LC 1.800 amp. I could just come off the 6x9 speakers in the front door to get the signal and go into the amp high level but I think i will go with the Audio Control LC2i Pro and go low level off of that and a LLJ custom harness into the LC2iPro to keep everything clean. Honestly this is my first upgrade with the Bose system and i will be building a systems with all Hertz speakers in the doors and dash and some pods for the midrange...as I get older i really appreciate the midrange frequencies....The hertz speakers really do sound great. Not sure if they handle abuse, but I tend not to abuse my stuff so Im good. looking forward to 4 Savard 6.5" subs in a box tuned to 35hz beating in my truck.

So did the t harness work after you shave the oem factory but connector down from the bows harness
Why did that harness only gave 3 speakers for signal not that you need all four but still your missing 1 channel and should had gotten a lc7i
I am looking to buy a harness for my system. The company said if you have a Bose, your stock plug-ins should be black, not grey, to work.
Colors dont matter as they tend to change to black green gray or white as long as they plug in correctly you should be good

I did exactly what you did, only my front speakers work and my front speakers sound terrible ? Can you help and tell me what it could be

So pretty much you only using on rca , right ? Was it the left speaker rca giving you the problem?

Hey I'm planning on installing a lil sub system in my 2014 with Bose. Do I really need a LCi or can i get away with not using one? My amp comes with a bass knob. Not versed in installs and the guy says i dont need it but I'm skeptical. All info is appreciated!
You don’t necessarily need it but you need some type of line converter , could resort for a cheaper option but LCi is the best in my opinion
@@fearthis5-296 thank you I ended up buying the LC2i. And the wiring harness after all. Might try to do the install myself from your video. Just waiting for my box now.
@@plumjackson293 Please let the pros install and full tune the bose with LC2i, don't be a tight wad. You WILL thank me in the long run. If not, enjoy the distortion and blown pos subs you bought.
My system with 2 JL W6 2K amp with lifted seats and LC2i tuned w/my bose was $3k.
But, i'm sure you dont have that type of $$ so enjoy little kiddo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also, my box was $350. Is that 2 weeks of pay for yall?? Get it done right kiddos or your parents will be mad at the $$ they spent, because deep down yall don't deserve it :)

I ordered a kit it was a joke looked good but did not work so how much can that be worth … I tried to work with them and they stated my 2021 gmc was CUSTOM LIKE GMC only made one 2021 gmc Denali with Bose so the bypass that did NOT WORK can not be returned or refunded good luck guys 300+$ later I have a item that does not work and they say everything is tested like the own every vehicle under the sun to make sure it’s good what a joke

Yeah. I'm spending a out $1,600 on parts alone. Tackling the install myself. Almost 500 of it is PAC interfaces
