Hey Wesley! I had PCL surgery 2 weeks ago and my PT is telling me that I can’t bend it or do heal slides for 4 weeks. I keep watching ACL recovery videos and seems like people suggest working on bending much sooner than that. What are your thoughts? I’m ready to start some more PT, I’m not having any pain anymore.
Hey, I learned that you shouldn't do in open chain exercises that soon because of the forces put on the ACL. You did some open chain work so what's your opinion on that?
I’m not a pt but I got my acl surg next week. Any advice on what stuff I should get online beforehand in order to aid my recovery? I am a layman so any help would be much appreciated? Also would recovery be easier with just an acl reconstruction (grade 3), meaning I don’t require any mcl work or anything else, just acl. Thanks
Currently in PTA school about to finish my 2nd semester. This helped me review my knee pathologies especially ACL surgery thank you!

Car accident. I bang up my top tibial plateau FX motion .knee surgery pins in tibial. Now stiffness it wont bend back. Since rehab 85 degree.

Hello I had my surgery 9/21/20 .My leg won't bend back and bear no more weight bearing on it. 4 months and I want to run but still unstable.
