This video is basically just a long video of me talking about some of my mental illnesses. This video is very triggering and slightly graphic so please do not watch it if it could trigger you. It took a lot for me to decide to make this video and even more for me to actually post it. I want it to be something that helps shed some light on mental illness and shows people they are not alone.
