I ended up splitting the sauce in half and adding crushed tomatoes to my kid and ladys as they are mild only . So pretty and flavorful !!

I’m on a weight gain journey this year and my digestive tract has been through a lot. I’m looking for recipes to meal prep with so I don’t have to think about cooking 3.5k calories worth of food everyday and it’ll just be ready to pop in the oven, air fryer, or microwave. I love the relationship you guys have! I am the youngest of 5 kids in my family, 4 girls and one boy. I talk to two of my siblings. It’s really sad and I really hate it but I finally had to draw boundaries or I would continue to get hurt by my siblings. I have maybe 20 years of life left and just can’t handle their ways so I chose to stay away from them. I have two siblings that I have a really great relationship with and I’m very thankful for that. As far as you two, I can tell that Steph is the spoiled sibling, (no offense, it’s adorable) and Cloud is the giver and together you two have a very successful channel here on UA-cam-not many could worked as harmoniously as you two do. Both my parents were born at home, and they didn't have birth certificates it was just documented in a Bible or by your church. My mother was delivered by her Aunt which is special when she is your blood and might raise you if your mother didn't make it through labor. Crazy isn't it!

Made these for my boys and parents tonight along with our family's chili relleno casserole recipe. Big win! My dad said the food was so good, it was moving. I love onion and we always do it in a few other enchilada dishes I make, so I might add this next time. Either cooked with chicken or sauteed with the butter before adding the flour. The sauce is so delicious! And we always do the tortillas in oil as well. Thank you for sharing!

After Thanksgiving one year I took my turkey and shredded it up made a regular red sauce and yeast flour tortillas to roll my turkey or use the burrito size flour tortillas and rolled them in the enchiladas put the sauce with the cheese on top bake it turned out great

I just made these tonight and your recipe for refried beans both were absolutely delicious! The quick oil bath on the tortillas is worth it, if you make this don't skip that ! They were probably the best enchiladas I've ever made! And the beans were exactly what I was craving to go with them tysm!

After Thanksgiving one year I took my turkey and shredded it up made a regular red sauce and yeast flour tortillas to roll my turkey or use the burrito size flour tortillas and rolled them in the enchiladas put the sauce with the cheese on top bake it turned out great
