@@lanidelello7648 I think the Spanish names stuck because of the guitars Spanish origins and much of the early pedagogy came out of Spain. For the pinky we use (c) for chiquito!

Thanks Lani! P-I-M-A, the finger names come from the Spanish names for fingers - Indice, Medio, Anular, and Pulgar (thumb)
