Almost all the cool mechanical keyboards I find are compact - why? Is there a reason? I want a keyboard that I can use for my casual gaming, but mostly for writing and I find the extra numbers on the side to be quite helpful, but I almost never find those. Am I missing something here??
75 seems to be a more compact keyboard without getting rid of the F row or some navigation keys. if you really do like one of these keyboards you could opt for buying it and a separate numpad if your budget allows. i personally miss the numpad but ive gotten extremely comfortable with using the number row instead

(fps, etc.) Is it possible to put keycaps with transparent layouts (Letters, numbers, symbols) in this Rainy keyboard? because I would like rgb lights to be seen more, like classic famous commercial keyboards you know. If this keycaps exist, can you link me the product? Thank you!!
it is definitely possible to change the keycaps out for another set (similar to what i did)! i know off the top of my head that kiiboom has a few transparent keycap options. though i have never personally tried them before! as the other commenter mentioned, make sure to get the standard or pro version, otherwise it will not have RGB~ (mine is actually the standard one and does have RGB, i just didnt turn it on/show it in this video)

if youre looking for some loud/high-pitched-clack linears, i definitely recommend checking out hmx switches! they're all the rage lately and totally deserve it!

from what i've seen online, 75% keyboards do seem to be more popular. if you'd like to keep the numpad, you should look for 100% layout keyboards :]

RGB is only on the more expensive version thats why not visible here
