Thank u. i meditated all night 6 hrs straight couldn’t sleep and came across this at 5am. I have restored my qi as well as my peace. Thank you white tiger qigong.
Nice. Great to have a woman demonstrating for a change. Most of the qigong practitioners have been following are men. I like your video's visual effects, too :-)
I have mostly been following women and love their classes more. These ones, plus Marissa from Yoqi and also Mimi whose you tube I forget but if you type ‘Mimi’ you will find her. She provides hour long 1;15 MINUTE classes with philosophy for free. X❤
This is one of my favourites. I love the visuals, the sounds and the flow. I’ve integrated it in my daily practice since the first time I saw your video. ❤

Very well done. I love how you broke it down into lower, and upper body, breath and spirit to give the very specifics that I had been missing. This form has helped me tremendously with my stiff psoas muscle and my lower back pain. I also love the water sounds in the backgrounnd that helps with the flow and the awareness, associating the element to the dragon.
Love these forms. But in confused why the elements in this practice are different to TCM? By my understanding the dragon belongs to the wood element. And we are working on the liver and gallbladder in this form which also belong to the wood element. So it seems disharmonious to switch the element of the leopard and the dragon when the organs they are working on are directly related to the animal spirit they represent
Thank you for your feedback and for sharing what felt challenging. We are generally moving with the breath in the exercises. Try to focus on how it feels more fluid for you. You are turning as far as you can without pain, feeling that and then gently uncoiling. Even if your timing is a little different from the video, it's OK. Just pause the video. 🙏 We may have another video of dragon with more cues. Just search dragon in the channel. Let us know if you have any questions 😊
THAT was intense. Love the way you teach, I could feel everything!
Beautiful session. So peacefully energising. Thank you for putting together all the physical and visual elements in this video.
Thank you for watching! We appreciate your thoughtful feedback. 🙏

Thank you for your teachings,Look forward to more of your videos 🙂
Very beautiful form and movement. Just one question, isn’t the 45 degree foot missing? I understood it’s a very important detail.
Yes, the foot should be at a 45 degree angle to get the kidney meridian.
@@WhiteTigerQigong Which foot, the foot that we are turning towards to or the on the stays behind?
@@oliveramatic307 the back foot.
❤ thank you

Thank you. Depending upon where you learned, the lessons may be different 🙏
I found it very difficult to watch and do the sequence without some cues. When turning left or right knowing when to come back to center would help.

✋✊⚘⚘
Il movimento non è fluido ed è a scatti, pause che non ci devono essere, Il movimento deve essere lento e continuo senza pause.
Thank you for your feedback
The water sounds are way too loud, unnecessary and downright insufferable. Cant watch
Thank you for your feedback. We have other videos you may prefer for dragon 🐉 🙏
Is she wearing a bodysuit in this session if may I ask?
I don't think so
