    Thank you for this. I have lordosis in the thoracic area, so working gentleness & strength into the c-7 point is good for me. I think there’s another routine you have for the cervical spine area. I will look that up again. Wonderful move, this swimming dragon/swan, it even opens up the hips. Thank you LuChin! ❤

    I have recently made a play list with the exercises that I am wanting to do. I especially love the Ba Duan Jin! After that I feel so balanced 😊 is it possible for you to do that one again with the music a bit softer, so I can hear you better? I hope so 🙏

      I wasn’t experienced in editing videos, when I produced Ba Duan Jin, so the music was a too loud compared to my speaking voice. Do you have the first person noticed this. I thank you for pointing us out.

      Hi, sorry for the very late reply. May be you can try teeth tapping regularly to improve gum health. 😊 Please look up my “Anti Aging QiFacial” video. It is at near the last end of the video. Second thing I would suggest is to add pickled ginger in your diet will help maintain gum health. I have a community post on how I make pickled ginger. Anyway, adding ginger to your diet anyway you like is going to help a great deal.

    Deeper..go mudfossil gaia, american dragon you tube..yes go deeper sit.learn bagua hammwr style your lwgs become massive. Bagua is more grabbing hold opponent..whil tai chi is push or boxing.
