Thank you for this. I have lordosis in the thoracic area, so working gentleness & strength into the c-7 point is good for me. I think there’s another routine you have for the cervical spine area. I will look that up again. Wonderful move, this swimming dragon/swan, it even opens up the hips. Thank you LuChin! ❤

Second thing I would suggest is to add pickled ginger in your diet will help maintain gum health. I have a community post on how I make pickled ginger. Anyway, adding ginger to your diet anyway you like is going to help a great deal.
