What is a Modular Home? A Modular Accessory Dwelling Units is constructed and assembled before reaching the project site. The project must adhere to local, state and national building codes and meet structural and Title 24 regulations and inspections. Before starting construction, you will need to confirm that your site is eligible to build on.
