Great house! Are the windows and doors triple paned to insulate? Also, I am interested in having a house come to, or close to, the passive house standard with minimal thermal bridging and (mostly) airtight. Can you please speak to this? I would also love to know what materials you use to insulate and to what degree. Thank you!

Don't really focus on sustainable materials. Mainly focus on for me a highly insulated home to retain heat or cooling. Electric and gas prices are rising all the time. Yes, sustainable is good but not main concern.

as a wheelchair user and the shortage of wheelchair friendly homes in GB I found it very interesting. Clean lines and light and bright. Love how it fits in with the other buildings in the area.
I love it. I'm always amazed at the simple exterior facades and wonder why the US lags behind on absolutely everything when it comes to constructing modern prefabs. This is gorgeous, the best the US has to offer is some god awful sheds from the home depot.... lord.

You made me laugh! The other day, I had a pest management contractor looking over my property. When he saw my 14x20 she’d, he started waxing poetic at how it would make a nice “tiny house”. Uh…..I guess so. But not for me. Still, your comment was funny!!!

Really cool. I love the antracite and dark cedar combination. For Brazil this kind of house would be a great way to contruct the so called "chacaras": farm get away houses. But since this design is inspired on the European climate, I miss one thing: the outside! Brazilians love to barbeque and have parties outside, since the weather is generally warm, but with the possibility of torrential rains as well. I would personally love an approach where the terrace would be bigger with a bbq and seating area attached and a way where it would be visually integrated with the kitchen area, So that when you open the doors, it feels like one big space. Perhaps partly using an open roofed area with antracite aluminium frame with glass or perhaps a more pergola style roof. Anyways, congrats on this inspirational product (BTW, not visible on your website)!
Love it. Seems like a nice, sustainable solution.
Only things I would add are the option to include solar on the roof and ERV and perhaps even a tankless hot water system to make it a truly 'green' home.
Tankless heater are bad idea and require alot of maintenance

Bella casetta, mi piace specialmente per I giochi di legno fuori e sulle parete interne. Unica cosa che cambierei è posizionarlo 50-70 cm più in alto .Rialzo proteggerebbe da eventuale neve e piogge. Invece di 3 stanze letto al primo piano, farei un bagno essenziale

The insulation is not the only problem in different countries, some of them have big earthquakes. We can make it durable enough ?
Are you able to go off grid? Eg solar power, water capture, composting toilets etc? Also do you have alternatives to using concrete? 🙏
Wood exterior is a huge maintenance expense, otherwise I like it. Big problem I’m in Michigan usa

More bedrooms are better. Most buyers would use at least one of them as and office and storage. Hopefully buyers will build a garage. Do you ship to the usa?

2 or 3 rooms house is preferred. For price point less forms or angles of wood fascia on interior or exterior walls is also prefered... simplicity versus sophistication and higher price...
