Got a complete home gym a few years ago with everything needed for a total beatdown. Workout when I want, don't have to worry about germs, etc... and there no monthly fees. Best investment EVER. Wifey and I have been social distancing long before this ever became a thing and would never reconsider a globo gym or box ever again.
An app I've found that's quite helpful is called WODGenerator, and what it does is listens to the type of equipment you have and gives you WODs you can do with that equipment.

My husband and I (and our dog) have been doing xfit workouts from home via zoom with our xfit box!! This morning we worked out with 4 other couples...our coach was at the gym cheering us on and commenting as we went. Big help, accountability was great motivator!
Kinda wish I hadn't sold my kettlebell now! But seriously - as crazy as the world is right now with this 'thing', it's reassuring that we're all in this together.
the focus thing is really key for this time; I've been working a lot on certain weaknesses at home like handstand holds/HSPU, core strength, and high volume bodyweight movements. Never focused on this before and it'll be huge when I get back to the box

We all love crossfit and have our own personal gyms or at least a few pieces of equipment to be fit. We decided to have a fitness challenge since we're all confined to mostly our homes. We plan on seeing who improves the most on different aspects of fitness during this time of crisis in order to keep us sane. It also keeps us feeling connected though we aren't around one another. Keep up the positive attitude!!! 👍

The ketltebell floor leg up move is inspired. I've been stressing out on how to maintain my full hanging leg raises ability and the kettlebell to hold is perfect to come all the way up! I think window wipers possible with heavy enough weight too !

srsly, please show us more WODs Home style. i assume everybody here has a jump rope, maybe a pull up bar with rings and some dumb bells/kettle bells. i would really really appreciate your effort for creating a few WODs for home. my gym provides them on a daily basis as well, but they are actually not really good. thanks a lot and greetings from austria!

Great vid. Watching the overhead bar rock back and forth reminds me of our gym where eventually the bolts get loose in the floor and the whole thing had to be re-positioned. So can I suggest that a brace from the top of the cage to the wall might do the trick ?

Craig = have fun with your new one wheel skateboard but be careful and wear protection...wrist guards and a helmet. I’ve known people who have blown out knee playing on these..that would crimp your lifestyle. Be safe, have fun, love on that puppy!
When you say you "did your back" what does it mean? Did you have a slip disk, disk bulge? Just wanted some background seeing as I had to get 2 opps in 3 years for disk bulges on l4/l5 that completely compressed my s1 nerve. After the 1st app it took me 7 months just to walk properly again and I find it extremely difficult to commit to any type of training that might put stress on my lower back.
