51 now and equaled lifetime PR power clean last week. Mostly inspired by your content ... and Carlos N. Going to keep building the base and keep chipping away. Progress is not linear - but it is guaranteed if you do everything right!

If you want to talk with the construction guys, show interest in what they are doing and ask them a couple questions. Most people are willing to talk about what they’re doing if asked and you seem interested.

Starting to slowly get back into consistent workouts after some time away, and going to start hitting the daily cardio at least 2-3 times a week to get that engine back! Thanks for offering it to the Team.

It helps at the highest level if your're having a bit of extra help. It doesn't reduce the need for grinding and hard work. I personally have no problem with people pushing the limits with any kind of supplement, even Creatine is a performance enhancer, why stop at that? I'm taking DHEA which is banned by Wada and its made my life way better for recovery at 48 since I had sub optimal levels and I've returned them to what they were in my 20s. I'd bet half the masters athletes at any local crossfit comp are on TRT. For some reason there's a stigma around hard training athletes getting help with recovery and stacking on the strength required to open snatches in a comp at 160kg

What camera and microphone do you use to record your vlogs, training and the news content?

Love watching your vids. You will set that record. Why do most of the gyms over there have no heat? I watch the stoltman brothers and they freeze in their gym, same with Matt does Fitness. Is it the cost? Thought the big news whas you popped the question man!

They work for you! Talk (not yell) at them how you want, but no yelling. Have a dry sense of humor about it and say, my blind father in law can drive better then you, then mention your not paying for any repairs or time it takes to remove it! Easy Peezy and you’re off to the gym!
