- We finally expose all of the damages this machine has! We tore apart this Trakchawk about halfway in order to see all the damages on the interior. Now it was time to call in vtuned to check out how we'll go about doing framework on this thing. After he checked it out we had the O.K. to rip apart the front end. Unfortunately we did find a few more hidden damages but thats what we should've expected from a rollover. This build is going to be tough but we can't wait to tackle it! Thanks For Watching!!!

I have a feeling this build is going to be way more expensive than they anticipated.
Dodges are expensive in general, but I agree, Trackhawk's are not super common, and im sure parts will get crazy. But they get lots of support, so might have people help.

@@ImGdiddy You guys thinking these guys are rich, dont understand the investment they put into the projects. What they end up doing is building a buissness that they can live from after earning what they can on youtube. they are doing well, but a lot of work goes into this. Someone already made a video on it, but money from youtube is very inconsistent. They sell some of the cars for a reason.
Yeah.... the Jeep alone is also very way high expensive, so the parts also cannot be cheap

I’m 45 and I have a decent size collision shop. I just wonder how sustainable this UA-cam Economy really is. There are just so many channels out there.
@@turbomustang8417 they are so popular that the income is amazing. Hell if it ever dips or they grow out of it the videos prove they can fix anything properly. They can open a shop and be the go to for this type of thing. They can source totaled cars that need need repairs and do this for other people.
Turbo Mustang might be, but not as quality as this one.

Alex it’s almost a $100,000 car and I guarantee they didn’t pay half that to buy it so if they can fix it for less than 20k it’s an easy profit

Little_44 thing is it’s not an easy profit look at the state it is in! They sell that someone is buying a death trap and if they drive it I pray to god they do crash it themselves so then they will find out what it’s like to be in a car like that in an accident then maybe if they survive and not be put in a wheelchair they will not buy parts cars to repair for the road. Once ‘repaired’ that car is worth about $30k max its used prices and half that because it’s been in a very bad accident. You don’t know what you’re talking about just the same as most of the commenters on these videos. One of you guys buy it and you’ll be on your way to meet Jesus. I don’t write these comments to benefit me, I write them to warn about cars like this as I have seen how after repairs they do not stand up and protect the occupants in another accident! Test it for yourself lol. You want to buy cars that haven’t been rolled over and haven’t been badly smashed up it’s not worth the risk to you or your family to save a few $$$ and once this is done it will be close or the same price as a used one and won’t be anywhere the same under the surface.
Mechanics tip, don’t drive with out the axle shaft, when the axle splines go thru the unitized hub/wheel bearing and the nut torqued, it holds the bearing together, otherwise you will loose the wheel assy even at low speed
Rev1Kev it depends on the vehicle. Many vehicles built as 2wd and 4wd used stressed hubs where the splined end with nut is not used as the loading and retention of hub bearing preload. My 2wd F 450 is that way and so is my Expedition. I have worked on some FWD cars with splines inside rear hubs so the same parts were used fwd or awd. The GC May need the load but it is no longer that way universally.

I broke the front diff in my Titan and all the oil leaked out. I just removed the front drive shafts and drove like that for 18 months until I fixed it and refilled the oil.

The sunroof will work. Its plug and play all you need is to replace the map light housing with the panoramic button one and the pano roof wiring plugs into the housing. Fairly cheap and many of the map housings online. All grand cherokees have the same map lights just need to get the one with the pano roof button version.
