- This thing is finally awake!!! As we continue to put the Trackhawk back together, our minds just cant seem to forget about the mods that we have planned. We are super happy to make it to this point on the process and all me really have left is some aftermarket parts to install. The very first mod is probably one of the best mods you can do to any car! We cant wait to show you guys what else we have planned for it! Thanks For Watching!!!

Honestly the part at 15 minutes where you’re both sitting in the car chilling just talking for some reason sets this video apart. Just shows you guys being you and how you interact with each other. I like that vs one of you behind the camera during the talking parts of the vids. Feels more like we get to see your conversation and you’re letting us be part of it instead of like a “first person shooter mode” looking video. Just sharing my opinion.

I really love the way you two work with each other. Billy does most of the bodywork and engine repair, while Dangson provides camerawork and narration, but we know they can switch roles as needed and get the job done. That's what really makes this channel great - the way you guys work together and just enjoy everything you do. Makes me wish I had a brother.

Don't throw out the original air intake, since you will probably get tired of the constant supercharger whine and might want to put it back.

@@alecaagaard wrecked C8 purchase and repair seems to be a little complicated at this time. There are a few sitting at auction that have been there for months. There's also another UA-camr who has one and has been running into problems getting parts from Chevy for it.

Cole Gardner there’s something wrong with that supercharger for sure , mine doesn’t sound like that at all . Not even at high revs .
@@mikixP What kinda supercharger you got? There's like at least 4 different types out there, there's Roots, Twin Screw, "G-Lader" (that's VW stuff and its weird) and Centrifugal. And then the sound varies based on the drive type, like if its belt driven, directly driven from the crank, gear driven via a crank connected gearbox or chain driven. The Hellcat motor uses a belt driven, twin screw supercharger. Belt slack causes some whine in the supercharger and is somewhat inevitable to hear when its tensioned properly, but in the case of Roots and Twin Screw blowers the geometry of the rotors causes that rippling sound to escape through the intake.

They mean they got an early start on the video late in the day. They probably finished the previous video early in the day and started working on the next one in the afternoon.

Not really. With twin air-to-water intercoolers, a few degrees warmer intake air will have a negligible affect on power. What will more than overcome the slightly warmer air is the higher flowing and less restrictive air intake.

This is probably my favorite rebuild so far. The amount of work put in to correct the amount of damage this car had is incredible and I LOVE superchargers. AND I now have my own Goonzquad hat that matches the color of my own Jeep.
That whining sound is how you get pulled over.

I'd bet money on a closed hood dyno session, that "cold air" intake you put on has less HP than the stock one.. Those open air filters are good for one thing, open hood dyno queens. Open air filters that bypass the natural outside ducting just increase the IAT's with the hood closed and rob power.
They know and they don't care, they do it for the sound
uhhhhhhh. no. maybe if your just sitting at idle. these companies usually dyno prove their products. otherwise nobody would be buying them if there was a drop in power.

Yepper, I would check both mounts and trans mounts also after the damage it had.
How did you pick that up? Just curious...

@@Nunya.Bidness because the mounts are Rubber bushings and they are fragile. I have had to replace them on silverados, tahoes, ram pickups from normal wear n tear... So a rollover for sure will damage them
