I tried the 1st truffle recipe, it turned out way better than I thought. I did use regular dessicated coconut flakes instead of coconut flour. It was so creamy and decadent. Love it. 😍

I do mine with coconut butter, a little coconut oil, cocoa powder, and honey. I usually just eat it like fudge or batter but when I’m serving them to others i roll it into balls and coat with cocoa powder. I also like to add maca powder, vegan protein powder, cassava flour, a sprinkle of salt, soaked roasted cashews etc when I’m feeling fancy Thanks so much for this! I love your reasoning behind it all
Im attempting this recipe at the moment. We're in the cooling in the fridge part with the oat recipe. So far its been super easy. Hardest part was grinding up and sifting oat flour since I didnt have oats in flour form. I tasted the finished mix and yes, i can see how similar to truffles it is. Love the greek yogurt in the mix since I make my own and always have it on hand. The mix alone, I would prefer it a touch sweeter, but then its not finished yet and I'm thinking a roll in powdered sugar and cocoa should be sweet enough. Also toasted some walnuts to grind up and decorate the truffles with when cool. Ill add an update when everyones had a taste test.
I love these simple recipes! I make protein muffins for breakfast so I always have oats, and greek yogurt on hand. I’ve also been trying to find recipes to use up my coconut flour and cocoa after giving up on making muffins out of them. So I’m a happy camper! I find most health conscious recipes have too many super uncommon ingredients, that would require you buy items you would never otherwise use. I’m glad your recipes aren’t like that. Immediately subscribed when I saw that :)
