Very underrated interview. The father is very well spoken. Interviewer did a great job guiding the conversation along.

@Trent Dialogues. Fantastic discussion again. I really like your interviewing style where you ask pointed challenging questions, but sincerely let your interlocutor to explain their position. I also think Fr. Carter gave some excellent explanations of what can be a fairly technical topic. Even though it can be fairly technical, I also feel this is an area that many Protestants have a great many misconceptions of Catholic teaching so I am glad to see you honing in on it and hopefully getting some misconceptions of yours cleared up.
If you aren't aware, the UA-cam channel Reason & Theology is one of the best places to hear substantive and cordial Catholic ecumenical dialogue. The host of the Channel, Michael Lofton, is actually working on his PhD right now in topics dealing with the science of the magisterium. If it would interest you, you should reach out and have a discussion with him about this or anything. They truly are a gem in the ecumenical world and have some top notch scholars on their show from all different traditions. God bless!

The only approved version is the current edition and is the only one that should be referenced. If you need an explanation you should contact your local Catholic priest. God bless!

The true Magisterium is a living Magisterium. The same Magisterium exists now as it did before Vatican II. The Pope is the one with the authority.

    Question: These 2 infallible statements
made from RCC’s throne were about Mary ?
Neither of these 2 statements are found in
The Bible. Both make Mary equal to Jesus
BUT RCC insists they Don’t “worship” Mary.
    Convoluted beyond belief, imo.

no, they don't. Jesus is God and Man, Mary is a human. The difference is in the creed.

You don't understand because your head is full of stupid protestant rubbish and the reason why you have a hardened heart and will die with that...

Interesting how you would convolute something that Catholic Church spells out clearly in our catechism. Also, calling it the RCC is inaccurate as there are 23 Churches that make up the Catholic Church. They have different rites that are different from the Latin rite.

The Church never teached that it was ok to torture people to convert... that is complet lie to defend the new conciliar church.

Another one of those Catholic stories.
