I really like how comfortable you are in the kitchen. That quality really connects with your viewers. I like that your instructions are not wordy but clear. I'd like to comment on the cleanliness of your hands and attire and, your kitchen utensils and cookware are sassy too. Last but not least your attention to detail and plating is stellar which are rare qualities in the home cook category. I've viewed many videos and, in my book, your channel is in the TOP FIVE ! Peace my brother.

I have a very, very similar recipe to this that I make. This is so easy and SO GOOD! Wife is happy, daughter is happy, dad is happy... plus, you can make a big batch and it's even better left over! You can also customize this. I've done it with ramen noodles, Chinese noodles, lo mein, even spaghetti (though, you do have to plan for the longer cook time on that one). Put veggies you like, too. I do all the stuff AB used plus a red bell pepper. Food is happiness, share the love! I'm always happy seeing a new video from AB in my subs.

  • @ryanjamesloyd6733

Nice! You might try on your chicken marinade, swapping an egg white or two for your water as that'll give it a touch of crispy. And right at the end just as everything is getting fried up I like to give it a little drizzle of sesame oil, and sometimes a dash of rice wine vinegar, and give it one more toss to get it incorporated.
Also, Ramen works- it's the easiest to find where I am.
Love your channel- it's my favorite cookin show on youtube

To hell with those chopsticks. When AB is cooking...you need that fork, or one of those giant soup spoons. A mouthful of flavor is what I'm looking for. Me and chopsticks, I'd be getting one noodle at a time just kind of flopped over the stick and then I'd have to stab a piece of chicken. My food would get all over the place and I'd end up throwing those sticks across the room...

Put peanut butter into the soy sauce. mix it up good with the oyster sauce ect. OMG ITS YUMMY PEANUT BUTTER IS THE THING MAN ~ Don't be afraid to put a lot of peanut butter in there ! at less 2 tbsp full > i put 3 > The only thing you got to be careful with is? SEAME SEED OIL a little bit goes a LONG LONG WAYS. Its a must to have for the flavor !

    Looking forward to try this!
Just a little fyi, yaki-soba is Japanese which means literally fried noodles.
In Japanese culture (I'm currently living in Japan), you should not stick the chopsticks inside the food because it reminds them of funerals, it's part of their ceremony.
Albeit it's not vertical or straight up stuck in, I just generally try to avoid that and leave the chopsticks on the side of the bowl.
My gf whose Japanese, she always scolds at me whenever I accidentally leave the chopsticks stuck in the food.
Chopstick rules differ from each culture, so they are probably not the same like in China or Korea (or maybe they are, idk).
Anyways, no hate or anything like that! I love your videos and it reminds of me some American food back at home! Keep up the amazing work!

I made the recipe today for lunch, and it was BOMB! I couldn’t find oyster sauce, so I used soy sauce and added ginger and onion powder to my marinade, and I added fried egg to my dish. Yummy! 😋
