Very true, his songwriting improved as he went along. He released some excellent albums they would have sold more if he had the support.

Saw him in concert 2 years ago... he rocked it! Brought out his wife of more than 25 years and kissed her onstage, and then serenaded a woman who was supposed to have met him when she was14 but he had to cancel. She was in tears! A true Canadian Classic Hero!
