Yep, that's exactly why I would never raid with Asmon and Mcconnell: they always complain about toxic players but only prove to be toxic players themselves. I love Asmon's other videos, but they're definitely the worst kind of raiders that you really want to avoid.

When two seemingly decent people bring out the worst in each other. McVerukaSalt "I want it now!!!" has zero self awareness uses Asmons friendship loyalty to claim he's more important than others. So gross. Blizzard can easily use this video in training to identify toxicity in the game. Do what you want in your raid and if you can get people to run for nothing, more power to you but streaming it setting the bar is a whole different thing.

I was very pleased with how good Castle Nathria was done. Especially the bosses where you had to dance and the Lord Denathrius fight was amazing. I haven't had that much fun in a raid since Icecrown Citidel.

This raid looks sick. This really looks like an epic expansion. Makes me want to get back in the game but it just takes so much time whenever I start playing.
Luckily for this expansion you dont need to actually grind out to get here

I started again it's worth it, really having fun
1st time playing WoW and I'd say it was pretty fast compared to some other games. Plus you get a lvl 60 boost when you buy the expansion. Didn't use it but feels good to have if I don't end up liking the race/class I picked. I'm learning choosing horde or alliance actually matters in game.

Oh no they have group loot again :( the only thing i loved witj shadowlands was the individual loot system. Now you have to compete against 24 kids in a pug raid for the Rolls especially with How gear works now. If a ring drops everyone will need 25/25…. Makes me not want to raid.

I imagine the MAIN reason they got rid of master loot was to remove the desire/need for gear comparing, loot logging, fairness and people getting mad at raid lead, etc. Basically removing all of the shit that wastes time for the person handing out loot.
The SECOND reason is preventing people from rebranding ninja looting to "im master looter I make the decision".

If you just a raid where they clearly state that all the loot is going to them you dont get to be upset when the group leader kicks you for rolling on it. Asmon has always been very clear on the fact that all the gear they need is going to them and these people still decide to join anyway

Sounds like more of a you problem. It’s not that difficult to understand why someone would pass on loot for an opportunity to be in a streamers raid and get some time in the spotlight. It’s not all about gear, if you raid regularly then you’ll get all the gear eventually. Those people knew that their rolls were irrelevant.

While I enjoy Asmons videos, i find it using addons that literally tell you what to do and predict upcoming mechanics rather bad, especially for a first run.

I feel like there's so many spell animations between the players and the bosses that shit gets hard to see.
Best thing to do is turn off spell animations so you only see yours and the bosses. It does get messy
If you kill the council with the frog there (frog doesnt have to be killed) you get the achievement
