Hi Jen. A few years ago I moved away from my favorite (Kundalini) yoga teacher, and haven't felt nearly as connected to the teachers and studios in my current city. Practicing with your videos has brought me much stress and pain relief. Your neck pain videos help me more than anything my physiotherapist has done. You somehow transcend through this digital format into my home and help bring a lot of ease and peace to me in a time when I'm struggling with stress, anxiety and chronic migraines. Tried this for the first time today! I am a chronic pain sufferer and was not having the best of days pain wise. I invited some other ladies to join me and make this a group effort, and had one today, so maybe next week even more!

Between 8:56 and 11:24 I thought I am too old for this practice, but after that what Jen said (about 13:28 - 13:38) just made me feel comfortable and smile. Thank you Jen, I like your video even if English is my second language, and sometimes I have to look up to see what I have to do :)

I love the way you keep it soothing and calm and have a wonderful manner. I suffer from heartburn which gives me anxiety and pain. After a session the heartburn goes and feel relaxed and don't need antacids. Thankyou

Hi Jen. I have recently discovered yoga tx, and in pRticular, you. I am not a beginner, but I have several "issues" that prevent me from moving quickly without pain. Your beautiful, slow sequences are sort of yin like and I have become a huge fan. Thank you for your wonderful, slow and easy approach to yoga. I am getting really nice deep stretches in the poses and am profoundly grateful. ❤️
fantastic video, although i have to say i watched it first and did some of the sitting down movements on my chair. the twisting ones. i felt so relaxed. it was well explained and nice and slow and at very important bits we were told to pay attention. this is a great video. i will do this one many times over as it will always produce great results. thank you so much. these videos are worth money.

My hips felt heavy and my thighs were shaking, it was slightly difficult to walk too. I felt all of these weird feelings in my legs after I was done with this. Is that normal for beginners? Any who, besides that I felt super good after I finished this, seriously, I haven't felt so relaxed like this in a long time! My head was clear and free of worries! Definitely be coming back to this!
+Bugboy44 I felt like this too! When you can't fully stretch your legs you use more muscle I think.
+Bugboy44 Yep, felt the same way. I haven't practiced yoga for over six months and pretty much became a couch potato. Decided that I wanted to get back to yoga today. I picked her video cuz it was for stress and just relaxation. I was sweating through the whole thing. But it feels really good afterwards. You realize how much your body needs to be active.
I really like your style. My only frustration is that I was using a particular video that was so helpful and now I cannot find it again :(

Is it true that yoga can be practiced only in empty stomach ? What will happen if I practice these steps after having some light food like tea with something.. ?
+bikrish amatya I would recommend waiting a little bit :). Not two hours or anything like that, 30 minutes should be enough.

I really like this video. It is very relaxing. I think it would be more relaxing if at the end of the video when you are lying down, it didn't automatically switch to that yoga tx picture with the person talking. I find it challenging to stay in corpse pose while some other voice all of a sudden comes on and starts another yoga class.
