    CHEESY MILKY DOUGHNUTS
    𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
    - 1/2 cup milk (i used evaporated)
    - 2 tbsp sugar
    - 1 tsp yeast
    - 2 cups bread flour
    - 1 medium egg
    - 2 tbsp or 1/4 cup butter
    - 1/2 tsp salt
    - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    Filling:
    - 165g cheese (grated)
    - 33g milk or 1 swak pack
    NOTE: For the cheese, I used half magnolia daily queso and half eden melt sarap. Bakit? Kasi yan ang nasa refrigerator namin. Kung available po sa lugar niyo, pwede kayong gumamit ng 1 bar eden original or 1 bar quickmelt para mas bongga.

      Hi. Keep it in the freezer po kung kinabukasan niyo pa i-fry. Ma-overproof po kasi ang dough kung room temperature lang esp. mainit dito sa atin, may tendency rin na umasim siya.

    Made this today! Oh wow oh wow, where do I begin? It was heavenly! Nagtry na ko ng different recipe for doughnut, pero eto talaga!!! Crispy exterior but sobrang soft ng interior. I used margarine kasi di ako nag-soften ng butter prior to making the dough. Then for the filling added 2 tbsp ng margarine and sugar para mas moist siya. Hihihi thanks for this recipe. Def a keeper!

      For me po, fried. Kasi kapag baked parang monay na may cheese filling ang ending. Di ko po alam kung ako lang ang ganun. Haha

      Hi. Instant dry yeast po. Ni-warm ko lang po to make sure na buhay pa yung yeast.

      Hello. Try niyo po ilagay muna sa freezer cheese niyo bago ilagay sa donut. I-seal niyo po ng mabuti ang donuts after that.

      Hello. Yes po pag within the day din i-consume pero kung the next day pa, pwede niyo po ilagay sa refrigerator ilabas niyo nalang po at least 1 hour bago i-serve.

      Hello. Pwede po, hindi naman po necessary na meron. Sa taste and structure ng bread walang difference pero sa smell may slight na difference kasi may egg yung dough pampatanggal din kasi siya ng lansa.

      Yes po. Mag-iiba lang po sa texture because donuts are traditionally fried po.

      Lukewarm po na water then add at least a tsp of sugar then add sample ng yeast niyo po. Stir and wait for 10 minutes, if mag-bloom or magproduce ng maraming bubbles sa surface means pwede pa otherwise hindi na.

      Hi. I haven't tried using cooking oil for this recipe but you can try. Both are fats naman wala lang added flavor yung oil.

      Hello po. Pinaghalo ko lang po yung evap milk, sugar, at yeast tapos ni-set aside ko po muna at hinintay mag-bloom para sure na buhay ang yeast ko.

      Hi. Sorry ngayon ko lang nakita comment mo na 'to. Hindi naman mahirap gawin basta matiyaga ka lang. I suggest you to start sa small batch muna parang dito sa video, sample kumbaga and it will serve as your practice and starting point na rin. I hope mabasa mo pa rin to. Sana nakatulong kahit papano.       Hi po. Wag niyo po muna i-proof or hayaan mag-rise yung dough kapag ilalagay niyo sa freezer. After niyo po lagyan ng cheese ilagay niyo po lahat sa airtight container para di po pasukin ng moisture.
      The next day po before frying, i-thaw niyo po muna yung dough. Tanggalin niyo lang po yung cover ng container palitan niyo nalang ng tela or any clean fabric then hayaan niyo lang po magrise. I can't give you the exact time kung gaano katagal po ang proofing. Observe niyo nalang po, basta nag-rise na yung dough at hindi na malamig ready to fry na yun. Don't fry po na malamig kasi hindi maluluto yung loob.

      @@teacherkath7974 pwede naman po wag muna lagyan ng cheese. Kung yung dough muna balak mong gawin the night before, just cover the dough with cling wrap. Kinabukasan po, remove niyo lang yung wrap, hayaan niyo lang po mag-rise yung dough niyo until magdouble in size saka lagyan ng cheese. More efficient yung way na to kasi mas maliit yung room for mistake.
      Sa time naman po, depende sa temp ng room 30mins - 1 hour (more or less), basta magdouble yung size ng dough ok na yun.
      (1) Labas sa freezer remove the wrap
      (2) Lagay sa bowl, cover with towel or any fabric. Place in warm room. Let it rise until magdouble ang size.
      (3) Masa ng kaunti. Cut kung gaano kalaki niyo po gusto. Rest for 5 minutes para di pumalag yung dough kapag lalagyan ng cheese.
      (4) Lagyan ng cheese. Cover the rest for magdouble.
      (5) Fry.

      Hi. Yes pwede po gamitin. Sa lambot naman po, as per experience sa ibang donut na ginamitan ko ng APF medyo dense ang texture compared sa bread flour.

      Or you can try vegetable or canola oil po kung wala talagang butter or margarine para lang may maghold ng moisture at hindi magdry ang donuts. Wala lang added flavor kung oil ang gagamitin.

      Try niyo po icheck. Kuha po kayo ng warm water (dapat kapag ni-dip niyo po daliri niyo di po kayo mapapaso), lagyan niyo ng konting sugar at yeast. Hintayin niyo po mag-bloom, after 10 minutes kung may mga nabuong bubbles sa taas ok pa pero kung wala hindi na po pwede yung yeast.

      Hindi ko pa po natry gumamit ng apf dito but based on my experience sa ibang donut na ginawa ko, malambot din naman kahit apf kaso medyo dense lang po (medyo lang naman).
