I didn't understand the language,but it was clear that you manged the incisors well.normally in such cases,i extract 1st premolars for more stable results , what's your opinion with such treatment plan ?
@@ahh553 Yes, that was my first option but it meant bimax surgery. Without the maxillary extractions only BSSO was carried out with a bit of compromise in maxillary incisor inclination.

Dear, You probably meant Damon braces not Demon, but as any brand of braces they do the same. Careful planning and execution is more than just fitting a brand of braces. So, teeth do not know what is making the pressure to move them and just isn't true that a miracle braces or any other appliance exist in the world! Marketing of the commercial companies are on a different opinion though and braces in this video a very simple not even self-ligating which shows that really hard crowding does not need a special braces... :) Cost depends heavily on your location.

True, but in surgeries, small things aren't so important. One can not expect 100 percent of the goals in medicine. We are just working with humans, not objects.
