  • I apologize for the super low voice in this video. It was really early in the morning and my kids were below me sleeping. Anyway, it is some really good info that you won’t find anywhere else because I have a unique background and skill set due to education in combination with challenges I had to overcome that has led me to find out new ways to enhance the healing processes. I incorporated some movement along with a little Wim hot breathing to help healing the gut by sending it more love, energy, oxygen and nutrients all while helping process out the gunk.       Like if I do the breath in breath out 15 times, 3 times a day, is that enough or should I better do more? like 50 times breath in and breath out and 3 times a day? Also if you happen to know about "adrenal fatigue" ( I have this and gut problems) would you also have an exercise for adrenal fatigue (an illness that is caused by porlonged/chronic stress)

      You can do this as many times as you want. If you have adrenal fatigue then you want to do a different type of breathing.

      @@BackPainRelief4Life thank you so much. I went to the doctor last week with stomach pains and she wrote me a prescription strength for Zantac. I happened upon your video and started yesterday and felt immediately better. Continued today and the pain has reduced by 60 percent and the issues going to the bathroom have almost resolved themselves. Thank you so much.     Can I really heal my indigestion and with this? How often should I do it and how long? I do the wim hof breathing 2-3 times a day.

      Not indigestion, indigestion is a chemical reaction. This can help it but the video is about healing the gut. For example, if you have an injury there, then this will help heal it as well as other parts of the body.

    Hi - just another quick question we hold the breath after the inhale right? Then do the breath hold and the pushing right? I know that in some WImHof they do the breath hold after the exhale and want to make sure I’m doing it right!? Thank you!!

      It will help reduce inflammation but fix the root cause of the issue.

    I noticed my gut starts rumbling when I move my belly in and out (after the exhalation). Does it mean I have gut injury or is it actually a good sign ? Im confused

      It creates motility of the bowels. Also your diaphragm activation will massage the internal organs. This will cause a lot of activity in the body and the bowels.

      It can help but it all depends on what the issue is. For example, If it is a parasitic issue this will only help in the very short term.

      @@SanjeevKumar-ue9ch This will help with stress reduction but I would recommend doing deep inhale with a very slow exhale that will put you in the parasymapthetic mode which helps with stress.

      @@smitaprabhu26 you can play with it, you can do more breaths, you can really do as many rounds as you want but 3 rounds or 15-20 breaths is a good place to start.

      @@zaidesaak3763 I’ve been doing the breathing techniques and cold showers most days. I’ve been feeling a little better overall, but my doctors also upped my Prednisone dosage, which I think is the main cause for improvement. I’m gonna keep at it, it can’t hurt! The breathing definitely helps me calm down and the showers make me feel alert

      @@ROmaniac21 it all depends on your symptoms, what triggers it ect. You want to find out if it is stress, emotional, food sensitivities, ect. Then you can work fro there

    I suffer from Gastritis. I am hoping it helps with the inflammation in my stomach. Honestly, I just need to stop eating Inn n Out. The grilled onions and yellow banana peppers eating an hour before bed, keeps messing up my stomach lining.
