this was the right combo of challenging yet relaxing. Loved the 3 min meditation in the end, made me realized my breathing was not chill at all, but now it is. Maybe 5 min would have been even better!
It was good, I always struggle with balance with side plank. Pretty good at balance poses in general but topple over often in side plank. I have improved though. A training for chatarunga would be good. I think there might be something wrong with my shoulder(feels like its going to come apart😢)
