Hi Miranda! To help prevent the Ordinary foundation from leaking everywhere, I suggest wrapping it with cling wrap and securing that with a hair tie/rubber band or just putting it in its own little zippy bag. Have a safe and fun trip!

I think "cat eye" and "winged liner" are interchangeable. My simpleton self just says "liquid lined" look 🤣
To be fair I only do winged liner when using liquid liner so that works!! hahaa

Seems to me that "cat eye" is a whole eye look, and not just the liner part. The way the shadow is shaped and the way the light and dark shades are used, plus the liner shapes. I've always said "winged liner" unless specifically referring to a cat eye. This is a great reminder to pare down next time I travel lol!

I needed this! I cruise 2 times a year and pack way too much makeup!! Going on one in 35 days and I MUST pack 50% less considering I only wear makeup at night lol.
I totally get that! On my beach vacations I hardly wear makeup except maybe one night for dinner but sometimes it's just too humid for anything!
For my upcoming cruise trip next month, I plan to bring a Tarte palette that has 4 eye-shadows, blush and highlight. I also will bring 2 Elf glitter eye-shadows (like the L’Oreal Precious Lava shadow). I like Elf’s Power Grip primer and a MAC concealer and a Pur foundation powder.
That sounds like a perfect capsule makeup bag!
My downfall is lips and blush! Love options but I’ve become better when I have to lol.

I used to be like that and it would be such a pain to travel with so much and I hardly used half of it!!
I don’t do a lot of drugstore makeup but I do love the butter bronzer in the way it works and looks but I can not take the smell! Instant migraine! Does the coffee bronzer smell like coffee? I would take those butter bronzers out of 5e paper palette and put them in your own palettes. Makeup 4 ever makes great metal ones. This is great pared down makeup
I find their bread & butter bronzers to have the tamest smell but the same great formula. They also just released their butter contour palette which didn't have a lot of the scent (just a hint)!

Introduced to it as cat eye, now when I'm talking to anyone 25 or younger I usually refer to it as wings. But that's not what I mean. In my heart it will always be cat eyes.
Also, in your opinion, do you feel like cat eyes are traditionally applied thinner than wings? I honestly don't know but thinking about what I've seen and what I've heard people refer to their makeup as, I kind of see a pattern. I would love feedback on that!
I really think anything goes-- I've used it interchangeably and not referring to any particular wing look!
Be careful with the physicians formula it breaks really easy! 💗💗💗💗💗
I find the plastic ones to be sturdier than the cardboard ones, no issues this time around!!
