The free throw margin is because the lakers constantly drive to the basket and GS doesn’t. Denver shoots and drives to the basket which is why they get free throws too

Shaq and Charles have been really great this post-season with their back and forth. Shaq really has been giving Charles his due respect and trying to get across that he was a motivating voice in his career even back when he was still playing. Shaq seems locked in, he’s got the notes and is talking about how he wants to be more like Ernie, and while him saying you can’t let a guy like Kenny smith get 9 threes on you may seem like a shot, it’s giving him his flowers for the Orlando series he blew in 94’. Humble Shaq is my favorite Shaq.

I never thought I’d look up the talking heads to see what they say about a game I just saw, because of how bad ESPN has done it historically…these guys are national treasures.
NBA teams up 2-0 in the playoffs win the series 92% of time. The Lakers had a chance but they are not winning 4 of the next 5. Chuck is right the Nuggets are destined to do it this season. Jokic is the best basketball player in the world right now, Jamal Murray is uncanny and their top 8 guys are healthy and superb pros. They match up really well against the Heat so enjoy their series with the Lakers which has been a ton of fun to watch so far.
Lakers are undefeated at home and 3 out of those 5 games will be at home. Lakers just need to win all 3 home games and win game 7

Lakers will get some insane calls again. I was sort of shocked they took so many more free throws in both Game 1 and 2 than Denver. I just hope they don't hit Jokic with 2 quick fouls in Game 3.
