    We just witnessed a great night of basketball. Lebron just showed what makes him so special, to do what he did at this age is so remarkable. Jimmy Butler does this year in and year out in the postseason. It is so fun to watch players raise their level of play this time of year.

      @@boredguy4568 I don't even get this "talent-wise" top 5 bs I hear all the time. There are plenty of players I'd take over AD. Just because he's sometimes extremely good doesn't make him a top 5 when he lacks that consistency and killer instinct, not to mention his chronic injury status.
      For someone to be "top 5" they should play like a superstar each game, not on some games. Even these playoffs the Lakers are getting bailed out by guys like Austin Reaves, Dlo stepping up. It's not AD that's getting them these wins he's just acting like a glorified role player.

      @@RajivKumar-qm4zt an 8th seed and a 7th seed are on the verge of upsetting a 1st and 2nd seed. The Clippers were outrageously competitive before Kawhi got hurt. The Kings almost ended a dynasty before experience and injuries evened the series. The Cavs and Knicks are having blowout battles as Jalen Brunson makes the Mavs regret losing him and depth. It's been an excellent 1st round.

    Let's just take a moment and appreciate the greatness of Lebron James. After his 20th!! NBA season he is STILL playing at a hall of fame level. There is no comparison in basketball history. This team has what championship teams have, the ability to win when one or more of their key players has a bad game. This might have been the worst game of ADs career, but the leadership and heart of LBJ lead this team to a key victory.

      (This is strictly my opinion AND I know this is strictly my personal opinion but) I've had Bron as #2 for a while now, moved him to 3 and moved Kareem to 2 after he sat out multiple games since breaking Kareem's record and then trading half his team soon after. If he hadn't done those and he had taken that team to the Finals, I believe I would have moved him to #1 ahead of MJ.

    I didn’t watch the game, but from these highlights, this looked like a game from the old days. A lot of “big man” moves and not just a race to shoot 3’s. A lot of great defensive plays and aggressive drives in the lane.

      both teams are pretty bad on threes. I think both GSW vs SAC (great offensive teams) and LAL vs MEM (great defensive teams) matches two very similar teams in terms of playstyle. I think both series will be determined by the performance of the stars

    Laker fan since 1984. It just goes to show when players stop worrying about the ref or if theyre in the spotlight and play like they can, it will all come to you. I hope they continue to play this way and not change. The big players can show up when theyre needed. Hopefully the fight and heart is there when the shots are going in because it happens to everyone. Championship or bust lfg lakers!

    Always been a Laker fan, even though its been a ho-hum enthusiasm the last few years. The trouble with teams having 2 superstars is the bit players always standing around watching them play. What makes the Lakers fun to watch this postseason are the bench guys not being afraid to take their shots. You can almost feel LeBron saying, "c'mon guys, you can do it, I'll help you, I want to stand around and watch YOU deliver."

      Someone close to him needs to talk to him about doin that stuff, he’s gonna get himself hurt trying to jump over and around everyone all the time. He just throws his body in the air with no thought of what might happen and he’s all the time losing his balance in the air and falling at bad angles where he could risk serious injury.

      Something is up with him lately dunno what. Honestly might be all the injuries he plays kind of scared sometimes. Not trying to make excuses but injury PTSD is a real thing he did get injured like 5 times in 2 seasons. I've dealt with it before, you're constantly scared you're going to get injured so you don't go 100%.

    I know the series isn’t over yet and anything can happen, but the fact that a lot of ppl thought Memphis was going to win in 5 or 6 is crazy, the fact that Memphis whole team said they are “good” in the West and it’s
    “Their Time” is funny to see them the number 2 seed being down 3-1 to the 7th seed lol. It’s crazy that Bron and AD only combined for 34 points and they still won, banes had more than both bron and AD combined, you can visually see Lebron has declined but he’s still the best on the court at 38 and if they continue to get production from the others and everyone stays healthy, this lakers team can definitely make a title run.
