However the Kilt and Bag Pipes connection is with the song, 'The Parting Glass' is a Scottish song and is among one one the oldest songs in the world. Question for Irish Trad Musicians, in the video the instrument clearly depicted is a Bag Pipe, but from the sound in the track it sounds like while depicting Bag Pipes, the sound actually sounds to the ear very much like Uilleann Pipes, thoughts?

This group has been around for 20 years. Amazingly, Chloe has been there from the beginning. You should check out an older song where you can see Chloe 14 years younger and different girls along with her. (Chloe is my favorite but glad you enjoyed the others too). They are all Irish and this is filmed in Ireland, the kilt is Celtic not Scottish, they are currently on their 20th anniversary tour.
