There's no bad song from Celtic Woman. Each member is phenomenal in her own right, but when they harmonize it's pure angelic magic. Another female Friday suggestion if you haven't already done her is Enya singing Orinoco Flow.
Enya, 100%.
But in all honesty, Orinoco Flow doesn't do it for me.
But "Only Time" and "May It Be" are simply phenomenal.
And after reaction to "May It Be", react to the cover by the Croatian duo 2 Cellos, is simply amazing.
@@JustaGuy2.0 Those may be better but for J & Amber it would be better to do Orinoco Flow because it was the big hit and they'll get more traffic.
@@JustaGuy2.0 Absolutely,
Only Time was a huge hit also
Enya's family has a great folk band, Clannad, which put out some great songs, such as "In a Lifetime" with Bono from U2, and the "Theme from Harry's Game" also used in the film, "Patriot Games" and a Toyota car ad. Honestly, the entire album, "Anam", is great.
@@terineedham7967 True. Orinoco Flow was my introduction song into Enya, but as time went by "Only Time" is one of my favorites from her. She has many more. Makes me want to listen to her now lol.
Welcome to the wonderful world of Celtic Women. Don't worry about reacting (unless you just want to) but please, listen to more of their music. Absolute angels, each one of them.
So happy you have discovered Celtic Women. Don’t forget to check out Celtic Thunder ❤️
Woman* ;)
Need to checkout Josh Groban's version of this song
@@deborahdoesslots8456 I agree. Celtic Thunder is a must.
I agree too
Not sure whether I’ve written this before, because I’ve been thinking it for awhile. You two have done such a great job developing a unique brand on UA-cam that is absent the all the craziness and politics that seems to dominate so much of UA-cam. Great job, and thank you for the breaks.
I totally agree with you it’s a great break🙋🏻♀️
I agree, thank you for the break in the craziness ❤️
So true. Just pure joy from experiencing all kinds of great music.
Totally agree! Jay and Amber are such nice people, and they have a huge following. I’m glad to be part of it!
Soooooooo sick of decent channels reacting to political crap. Thanks for mentioning it.
I didn't expect this! As soon as they started singing I couldn't help but close my eyes and listen. My wife and I were together for 22yrs before the Lord called her home. She was/is the best thing that ever happened to me. When I closed my eyes, the words made me vision her and I wept. Thank you for that.
Aww, sorry for your loss.
Thank you
@@tonycamacho66 Most welcome
Bless you Sir
I’m so sorry for your tragic loss. May you find peace in her memories.
This video makes me so proud to be from Ireland. Our Celtic Women have heart, soul and talent. Our country is very small, but we have a lot of spirit and pluck. Your heartfelt reaction was perfect!
American Celt here. Yep...warms my heart.
You have such musical talent and spirit in Ireland. So many of our people in America come from Irish roots, myself included. I believe America has such beautiful folk music because of Ireland!
The Irish have graced this world with bountiful gifts.
Your Celtic Thunder is another Irish powerhouse you should be proud of!
My 89 year old father stood up and sang this to my mom on their 60th anniversary
Still brings a tear to my eye
Wow that’s amazing! How lovely!
Your father is 29 years oder than your mother... disgusting
How did he accomplish that 😂
The Celtic Women are a revolving door of gorgeous Irish lasses. I could listen to them all day every day. Celtic Thunder is the men. Try them too. Amazing, all of it!
I was going to suggest they listen to Celtic Thunder also.
All Irish except for Hayley Westenra (2006-2007).
Josh Groban’s version is a must!!! Also his version of The Prayer with Celine.
Listen to Lucy Thomas and her sister (Martha) sing this. it is a wow
Took the words right out of my mouth.
Yes yes yes! Josh’s version is so beautiful!!! This is great but Josh’s is phenomenal!! Please, please listen to Josh Groban’s version of You Raise Me Up” Amber you will definitely cry with his version!
Westlife version is also a must
Josh's version is the definitive version!!!
This was one of my late wife's favorite songs. Any time she heard this she would cuddle up real close to me or she would hold my hand so tight and next to her heart. I had this version played at her funeral and i was playing thus version while holding her next to me when she took her last breath at 43 years old. If i live to be 100 years old I'll always feel her in my arms anytime i hear this version. Thank you for sharing this. Today, 13 years after losing her to Leukemia, i hear this and i only remember the amazing wonderful love we shared for the 12 years we shared and i dont think about losing her but i only remember that for our 13 years together i was, and still am the luckiest man that ever lived because our time together having a woman as beautiful as she was and her love for me was so powerful, no man should be as lucky of a man as i was and still am. Thank you for sharing.
Your wife was lucky to be loved by you in such a deep way. Sorry for her loss so young. Hope you have found love and happiness again.
@peggynulsen1365 it's been 13 years since she passed away and all I have found were drunks, druggie and abusive lovers but that's OK because for 12 years I had her love and my life today is better because of her love. Thank You for your kind thoughts
oh my lord reading your comment my lord............my heart is filled ........ive never had that love and never will................wow
I can't imagine the depth of your loss. Your late wife was a lucky gal to be loved by your in such a deep way. This song means a lot to me as well! I hope you can find another wonderful woman to raise you up to more than you can be. God bless you good sir!

Josh Groban is someone to hear..he has the voice of an angel. His version of this is beautiful.
Josh Groban has a beautifully powerful voice. This same song would be a great introduction for the two of you
So true
Amen
I had a dog who would sing along with Josh’s version of this song.
He had a huge hit with this in 2004.
Okay, now that you've done one by some Irish women, can I recommend "Breathless" by The Corrs?
Yes 🎉
YES!!!
@rathendark6108 Same for me.
Snap
Definitely The Corrs Breathless
Amber is a truly beautiful person. Her emotion and heartfelt honesty, as she listens and is moved by the music she listens to, is an utter joy to behold. In these strange and difficult times that we live in, it gives me hope for the future. She portrays all that is best in a person, whether it be listening to music or watching films. Their children are so lucky to have Rob and her as their parents, showing by example, openness, caring and love, the best way to be part of society.
100% agree

First time i saw Celtic Women was a Christmas special on PBS channel and i was hooked from the first few seconds. Absolutely flawless and beautiful.
my first special was the original, my first concert was the New Journey tour cause in the original tour i broke my foot from falling a couple rows off bleachers in gym...
Celtic music can be very haunting. The Scots and Irish people have had a very tragic history. This us a praise God song. I think you should try Amazing Grace with bagpipes
YES
Mouth Music, Talitha MacKenzie, Loreena McKennitt, Clannad. All of these have some incredible Celtic music. Mouth Music's first CD (with Talitha) and Talitha's solo efforts have most songs sung ni Gaelic.Beautiful. Haunting. Moving.
tragic history - thanks to the English !

They are a Phenomenon, a movement of beautiful Irish vocal purity and sound. They are simply amazing. There is your Irish voice. They were formed for a PBS special and have done mainly that, but have become a permanent Icon in concert. Purity...they have several specials and they are all that stunning.
I've been following them from that PBS special and had a big crush on Meiread Nesbitt and Lisa Kelly.

This was played at my boss’ funeral. His grandchildren adored him. They gave eulogies and one sang. Their grief was so profound. He was also a hero in my life. I had recently divorced from a 30-year marriage and then lost my job and my ability to have a home. Then he hired me. Not only did I get to go ahead and purchase my home, I was now working in a much kinder, more supportive and interesting environment. My boss encouraged me to learn new things and gave me the opportunity to work on projects I would never have dreamed I could handle. I made the mistake of entering another bad marriage and my boss pretty much ‘rescued’ me from that situation by strongly urging me to take action. His fatherly advice in several situations was like he was literally the hand of God. God bless him and rest his soul. He suffered for many years before he passed.
I have been blessed to see these woman' 5 times each time getting better and better I would recommend highly to go see them if they come to your area they are truly a blessing from God
Fun fact : these angels make me cry when they sing in Gaelic.
I highly concur. These Irish ladies along their orchestra with their backup singers are multi-platinum Grammy winners. They have a huge worldwide following and are very well-known for their harmonizing vocals. They are even more magical in person, and they often tour the States.
I'm not ashamed that I bawled my eyes out! My wonderful, beautiful Irish mother loved Celtic Woman! We would watch them on PBS every Christmas that we could. Thank you for bringing us this reaction! I love you Mommy! I miss you everyday!
I am quite familiar with Celtic Women, I spent the entire reaction dabbing my eyes. It has been said that this must be what angels sound like. I would have to agree.
me too!!!
If you like this you should listen to Enya, many of her songs have been on movie soundtracks such as :Lord of the Rings", her biggest hit was probably "Orinoco Flow". You can also listen to Suzanne Vega, her song "Luka" is something else!!
Yes, Enya! They should definitely react to one of her songs!
Enya is also a brennan family member, clannad.
If this song doesn’t give you chills or a tear in your eye your someone I don’t trust. Absolutely beautiful
The violinist is such a beautiful woman from the inside out. I was lucky enough to get to know her while being a dancer in the show lord of the dance and her being one of the original violinist in the show. ❤
This is what I imagine Heaven would sound like. Just straight beautiful angels singing that pierces into your soul. Hairs on your skin standing up & taking your breath away.
Fiddle! I have seen them in concert at least 10 times. Great ensemble of Irish Singers. The one that made your eyes "water" was Chloe Agnew, she and Lisa Kelly are my favorite singers. The fiddle player is Mairead Nesbitt, she is awesome!
Lisa Kelly is my favourite.
All Irish, except for when New Zealander Hayley Westenra was part of the ensemble.
This is such a beautiful song. No matter who does it. They did it beautifully! ✌❤🎶
The show was meant to be a one-time event held in Dublin, Ireland in 2004. Clearly it was a huge hit, and they are still going stronger than ever in 2022!!! Another beautiful Irish singer is Enya. Love her song Only Time.
Was trying to think back to when it was my Dad was watching their TV concert at the Helix(?) in Ireland. 2004 sounds about right. It was on a channel called "KPBS. They were part of a fundraiser I believe. Been following ever since. Went to two of their concerts in my city supporting their first(?) two albums. Incredible!
@@michaelwright4525 Yes. We've been following them ever since too and have been to see them in concert several times here in the States.
My mom, when she was alive, absolutely loved Celtic Woman! She was the one who introduced me to them. My mom had a clear, warm Alto voice, and she sang in the church choir for years, and sang to me and my sisters when we were children. My greatest memories are of her singing. This was one of her favorite songs, and it always makes me cry, but always warms my heart. Thank you for this, loves.❤
💯 My mom also loved Celtic Woman, as well as Cherish the Ladies (who we got to see in concert). This song was played for Mom's funeral and always reminds me of Mom's strength, determination and love.
Hubby & I have the DVD of this Celtic Woman concert and absolutely adore everything on it, but I can't get through this song or Danny Boy without crying and missing my parents.❤
I love this! My mom was my choir director for years, but I’m the alto, she’s a mezzo soprano. I was lucky enough to take her to see Celtic Woman on their Christmas tour a few years ago when they came to the historic Fox Theater in Atlanta. Such an amazing night. God bless you and your mama’s soul.
@@abbynormal4740 I understand completely! My mom had this cd as well. I can't get through it without tears as well. Seems we both were blessed with incredible women as our moms! ❤
Celtic Woman are definitely in the spirit of the old Irish bards, whose power of song was said to be so potent that they could bring king and commoner alike to laughter or tears with their words alone. There is a mesmerizing, haunting quality to Irish folk music that stirs the heart and soul. So glad you're enjoying a taste of it, and your reactions are genuine and utterly moving to witness. God bless!
Their shows are fabulous. You'll love anything they do. 🤗
Hey Rob squad reactions I am 26 years old from Australia I have just recently discovered this UA-cam channel and I really love it I love the chilled out vibe you both have I have watched alot of your videos but I have to say this one is my perosnal favourite video of yours. Thus song You raise me up either this beautiful and deeply moving version and the Josh groban cover of this song both are held in my heart and my family's heart forever and are very special to me. My nanna and my grandpa both loved both versions of this song.my grandpa passed away in 2018 he loved this song I was watching thus video of Celtic women singing this song with him a few weeks before he died so I cried in this video my grandpa was my first big death and it was beginning of me being Spritual now I have a Spritual connection with him I use music like this to Spritually connect with him. Thankyou very much Rob squad reactions for choosing this song for a video
I've never watched y'all before, but the second she started crying, I cried with her. Celtic Woman is a beautiful group and I'm so fortunate to have grown up with them. Glad you got to experience this so beautifully.
And you're right- that WILL make you teary eyed.... does me EVERY single time I hear them..
I saw them in concert about 8 years ago. My brother bought the tickets for me and a friend of his, something that I did not expect from him. But as much of a fan as I was, he was an even bigger fan. The women were gorgeous, their voices were gorgeous, the costumes, sets and lighting were amazing. The violinist dances around while playing on their more lively tunes (and plays it more like a fiddle in some songs). The singers have changed some over the years but I've never seen anything by them that wasn't perfection. Check out their covers of "Oh Danny Boy" and "Orinoco Flow".
This group of Irish women is amazing. They change out members every so often. Intentionally. Like a rotation. This was extracted from a long concert. It was televised over here on PBS. Never heard a mediocre performance by any iteration of Celtic Woman. Sone of their renditions of actual Celtic music are just magical.
I've heard that song more than a dozen times, still makes me cry. My favorite song of theirs is their version of Caledonia.
their voices are angelic, Celtic thunder is a good group to check out as well😊👍love their gifts to us!!!!
I saw this on PBS many years ago, and it's still one of the best performances I've ever seen!
I can never hear this song without crying. It's how I feel about my mom, who I lost to Alzheimer's in 2020. She was my rock and always believed in me.
Sorry for your loss
Crying with you.. my mom too
That whole video of that concert at that castle was incredible. It is so worth seeing the whole performance. These ladies are a treasure.
I found them about 15, 20 yrs ago and would just listen to them all day!
I have watched many of their concerts I firmly believe that this group oop of Celtic women was sent here from heaven and they are all angels that are here to entertain us they are incredible in everything they do.....
Every woman singing with Celtic Woman has a crystal clear, pure voice.
Celtic Woman is incredible. They are all beautiful and so talented. This is a huge rabbit hole. They have a ton of amazing songs. Thank you!
This is actually a selah! A prayer song of praise to God for the strength He provides for loving others and living right and because of what he has done to make us more than we can be from his supernatural work !
Original version is "secret garden" they even sound better than this believe it or not
Beautiful biblical references in this song ❤️🙏
Have you heard of a Christian group "Selah" do this song? It is excellent as well.
@@bakerbaggertagger selah is a Jewish word that means "stop and listen" a reference to Hear me what I am saying back to God ... I have heard of the group I believe they are mostly a cover group doing music that others have written and sung although they have a few original songs ....they are a gospel group right ?
@@markpalfenier5851 Christian music has many genres, so if you like, yes they are a gospel group. You could say they take songs out of the hymnal and dust them off and update the songs to appeal to a new generation of believers.
@@bakerbaggertagger hi, so when it comes to secular music the purpose is entertainment, gospel or Christian music has a more utopian purpose. My approach to gospel or Christian music is from a more Jewish lens (although I am not Jewish) I am troubled by most contemporary gospel because it misses that utopian purpose. Let me explain: first I have no problem with the musical composition of much of the modern gospel music, and I love when hymnology of old is also contemporized in its music. My problem lies in lyrics of contemporary christian music. Most songs are very subjective relating of personal experiences with God, or emotional highs they get from expressing their feelings based on those experiences. Compared to hymns of old who's lyrics were more Objective as a whole....expressing God's attributes , God's love for mankind , God's benevolence , God's mercy , providential care , creation , in other words top to bottom rather than bottom to top ....modern Christian lyrics tend to be introspective and me centered....their in lies the difference...Jewish patriarcs of old wrote poems and lyrics exhalting God, and even when they would relate personal experiences they put God at the forefront and their experience was more of an after effect of what God had done or who God is....example are the hallel psalms of king David Starting in ps 140 to the end were always about Him and how He rescues and saves and completes etcetera...modern Christian music seems to be more about God look at me let me show u how much I love you , let me show u how I feel about you and so on ...nothing wrong with that as an individual expression but to use it to compel groups or congregations to participate in individual unique experiences seems disingenuous for those mouthing the words of an experience they have never had. I am reminded of Hillsong , and elevation music that has a way of playing in to their audiences that appear to manipulate them into emotional highs or euforias so that they can feel closer to God through that song ....Shouldn't Christian music be to exalt God and express something God has done for that person previously?
I find no better way to make it universal when the lyrics are top to bottom and give a person opportunity to ponder about God's majesty , power, goodness, grace toward man. All this to Say that I love most when the modern christian music is combined with objective lyrics that opens ones eyes to visualizing God in His true form resulting in praise and worship about Him not us ...Otherwise why not just stick to secular music for emotions and entertainment ? I hope u get what I'm saying....authors like Fanny crosby , and spafford , Wesley and others captured this concept much better than modern Christian composer do today ....there are exceptions but it's not the rule
Oh, you did Celtic Women! Please, please go further down this path. They have some absolutely wonderful songs, including one of my favorites "At The Ceili" (kay-lee); it's more upbeat, but just as beautiful.
I feel like no one ever talks about At the Ceili. It’s my favorite!
I love that
there are some beautiful songs "Spanish lady" , "I am the sky and the dawn and the sun", "dulaman" and "The call"
I took my nephews to a backstage meet and greet when we attended their concert. It was my nephew's 8th birthday and they sang him "Happy birthday". He's now 18 and still considers it the best day of his life. So glad you found these amazing women. And they are truly that good live...no matter what they sing.
They do sound absolutely beautiful in person. My husband knew how much I love them and surprised me with tickets. I have to admit I cried several times.
As an Irishman, I have had the pleasure of hearing the voices of Irish women all of my life, and they sound just as beautiful around the house. My Mother's voice sounds as if it were touched by God. She is 68, and she can still hit those notes. Thank you so much for reacting to this, it really means a lot to me. Thanks!!!!
Only an Irish mammy can make "get up off yer arse and do the washing up, ya lazy little fecker" sound melodious 😉
I took my wife to see them in Atlanta, for anniversery a few years back. I am a rock / metal fan but i admit i didnt just tear up , I cried. Grown man. PURE BEAUTY
My husband and I saw Celtic Woman in concert in Atlanta at least twice, some years ago. Absolutely wonderful voices. We saw them with Chloe (the second lady) and Lisa (the third lady), when Orla and Maev were with them, and of course the violinist, Máiréad. The performances we saw were just beautiful.
Original lineup. Did you know that Lisa moved to Peachtree City, GA to run a voice teaching school when she left the group?
@@alantidwell7889 Yes! 😁 We had heard that.
I loved the ensemble that included Hayley Westenra. She and Meav singing the Last Rose of Summer gives me chills.

My grandfather was born in Ireland. I took my dad to this concert before he passed. I am crying thinking of them. So happy you appreciate these amazing ladies. Love your channel! Blessings to you both. ☘💕 BTW Máiréad Nesbitt is playing the fiddle.

Celtic Woman doing "The Call" is wonderful, so many instruments used in it. There version of "Amazing Grace " with the Bagpipes is great.
I agree whole-heartedly. I've seem them twice in concert. Other video watch is the voice. Oh, and BTW -- it's both a fiddle and a violin. Just depends on the song. :) This one, I agree, would be classified as violin, but others would be fiddle.
I LOVE the call!!
The call
I absolutely Love the Bagpipes! And the song Amazing Grace!
One of the most moving and beautiful cover. Had to listen twice as I was crying too hard the first time through. Thank you. God bless you.
Me too
To truly hear how great they are you need to hear them sing amazing grace.
I had this song sung at my father's funeral, dedicated to my beautiful daddy. It's one of the most beautiful songs ever written.
Beautiful song, I get teary eyed every time I listen to it. It’s so uplifting and for me brings back so many memories of days past and people I love. It’s a reminder that my God is always with me everyday.
If you can find it, this whole concert is amazing and worth watching and then rewatching. Their voices are what I imagine a chorus of angels would sound like.
All of their concerts on video are great! Every lineup they've had has been exceptional!
Chloe gets me every time, the second gal. Try Celtic Woman "O' America"...get the tissues. I am Canadian and I feel patriotic when they sing it. Oh and Danny Boy...gets my old Irish heart every time too.
If I remember rightly she was only 16 here.
This was my Moms favorite song. We had my sisters friend. Who is classically trained sing it at her funeral. It was beautiful. And still makes me cry every time.
My dad lived with us in the last few years of his life and we used to watch Celtic Women videos together. There are so many wonderful selections to choose from from them. Even 11 years later, it's bittersweet for me to hear/watch anything from them. Thank you for the memories of spending this special time with my dad.
I was introduced to these group several years ago during a Christmas program their voices are flawless
Josh Groban sang this. U should really listen to him. His song “To where you are” will touch your heart. It came out when my mother passed and it sustained me. Thank you peace ✌️
Every song by Celtic Woman is amazing. "Danny Boy" is one of my favorites. That and "Mo Ghile Mear." Mairéad Carlin is a former member and her version of "Fields of Athenry" is absolute perfection.
Yes! Please react to Danny Boy - the one from this same concert. It's AMAZING!
Guys this is your best reaction EVER
Those women's voices are celestial. Totally love 'em.
I can't stop watching this reaction. Amber's face over the last chorus is lovely.
This kind of composition is an embrace to the heart and soul.
They are so beautiful to listen to, I have seen them in concert. I have to say you do cry then it's almost overwhelming they are that good!
Josh Groban's version was first in 2001 right after the twin towers fell, and he replaced a singer who couldn't make it at the last minute on a musical program. He was a student at the time I think. We were all so upset at what had happened, it was a relief to hear this song being so uplifting. Another song you may like from 1971 is "Desiderata" by Les Crane.
Josh Groban’s version was in 2003 and was not the original. The original was sung by Bryan Kennedy in 2002. And the song is really just “Danny Boy” which is in itself based on an old Irish melody.
... beautiful rendered song with an awesome video
@@Dreyno The original version is written by Rolf Løvland - and was performed by Secret Garden - from Norway. English translation by Brendan Graham
@@toremejlnder-larsen2731 Secret Garden invited Bryan Kennedy to sing it.
Løvland wrote the music and then got Graham to write the words and Kennedy to sing it. But the melody is simply an old Irish folk song. It’s so old that there’s no copywrite infringement but it’s very obvious that it’s not original.
I first heard Groban singing on an Ally Mc Beal episode in 2001.
This was filmed at Slane Castle, I think. Whole show is great, but the "making of" special may be even more impressive
This actually was filmed at Powerscourt House & Gardens for their DVD Songs From The Heart. They did actually record a show at Slane a few years earlier called New Journey
Wow guys, got the waterworks going on this one. It was just stunning. It makes me feel like I lifted up my children, at least I did the best I could. They are both good adults!! 🔥👵🏼☮️❤️🙏🏼
Their version of Amazing Grace from this same show is unparalleled, it pulls you in and cascades over you while carrying into an inner peace. This song does much of the same and your reaction is so telling of just how much Celtic Women touch us all
These ladies are phenomenal. I saw them live about 3 years ago. It was transcendent. The best live musical experience of my life. They are pretty much my exclusive Christmas soundtrack.
I’ve heard dozens of covers of this song but they are just about the best. Watching you guys tear up made me tear up. When music opens your soul up…there’s just nothing like it
I remember watching these women on TV. Every song so calming, the pageantry beautiful.
You need to watch the whole concert. It was done at some castle in Ireland, and was shown on PBS.
It was friggin amazing!
Seriously! What a show that must have been!
You can probably find it on UA-cam.
firstly i agree thhey should watch a entire CW special, second the You Raise Me Up they reviewed here was from Songs of the Heart :D
All of the comments I have read express the closeness these women’s voices bring us to our Creator. Gentle, encompassing love and your faces reflected our feelings. God bless you.
Seeing the tears pop up in Amber's eyes, is very touching
Definitely check out Mairead Nesbitt’s live performance of Granuaile’s Dance. She’s Celtic Woman’s former fiddler and her energy is infectious. She’s like a fairy.
Amber felt the touch of God, the beauty of these voices and the spiritual nature of the music sets everyone’s heart aflame!
This is maybe the most beautiful thing i have ever heard. One of my favorite songs ever. I like this better than Josh's version.
@Donatella Loncar you say potato, i say potahto...i never said *you* had to like this version better, just that i did. Also, i still do.
Westlife did the best version imo
She is mainly a fiddle player, even though she can play more then one style, and even though you don't hear it in this song, her ability is absolutely amazing, and I would rate her as one of the top players in the world!
This fills my heart!
I come home with the daily challenge, telling myself, "I'll handle it."
This message tells me, "You will!".
I'm 62 year old hard rock old man. I absolutely love Celtic music!!!!! These women are so talented!!!!
Such a gorgeous version of this song❤️
From the DVD Songs From the Heart
As many have already written, these women are phenomenal. If you ever get the chance to see them, do not pass it up. Just a little hint re: the "C" in Celtic...there is no soft "C" in the Irish language, so it's always a hard "C" or "K" sound. Slainte mhaith!
Slainte!
Christian music is by far some of the most ethereal and beautiful music ever written. Moves my soul every time I hear it.... and I'm not crying.... you're crying!
The second singer is Chloe Agnew. She has such a beautiful voice and has many solo releases. Try her singing To Where You Are.
Chloe is my favourite
I will check it out too!
Amber should check out Chloe's first appearance with Celtic Woman. I believe she was 16 at the time and she was killing it back then!
Celtic Woman's music has touched so many hearts around the world! They were and still are, amazing!
The PBS recording was made at Powerscourt House and Gardens in Wicklow, Ireland. The group consisted of Chloe Agnew, Lisa Kelly, Lynn Hilary, Alex Sharpe and Mairead Nesbitt (fiddle).
Music is so powerful. It can transcend anything.
Your emotional aspects are lovely, and your smiles are infectious, keep up the great work, love you guys
I finally found one of your Celtic Woman reactions! Yay!!! My favorite group of all time and have seen them live 8 times.
Having listened to music like this all my life it is why it’s so hard for us oldies to tolerate most of todays music. Singers with great voices and awesome music are so worth it.
The second singer is "Chloe Agnew", she has the most amazing voice. Listen to her sing "Ave Maria", that will bring you to tears.
I love that song too
What is also amazing is that she was 16 years old when she performed in this concert.
I recently saw Chloe in a video created during the Covid shutdown. She has become a gorgeous woman and still with her amazing voice. I can't think of the video title just now, but the video contained a bunch of Irish singers and musicians. Chloe was brilliant!
I saw them at Kingsbury Hall in Salt Lake City about 12years ago and was blown away by their beautiful harmonies. Absolutely wonderful
Celtic Thunder (Male Version) is great too.
Your reaction was expected, Celtic Women is just beautiful
You guys are hands down the BEST of all the Reaction videos on UA-cam....100% authentic reactions from you 2....thank you !
