- In this video I demonstrate the assembly of a small Bugout Bungalow. I'm only showing the basic shell. It takes about a day to fully assemble and trim out the structure for one person. This is a light weight, portable structure.
Plans for a Plywood 120 sq. ft. Bugout Bungalow are available at: payhip.com/b/TYcoz - Навчання та стиль
This is awesome and clever.
Cool!
You're roof will leak at every seam, I suggest a rubber roof that is glued to fit loosely and strapped down. Great design, I love it
I've been using single ply commercial roofing. Been working great for years now. No leaks at all.
@@BugoutBill luv the building, how many sheets?
Very simple structure. How do i contact you concerning this?
Oh my
This is the same or even less than Outdoor Sheds & Workshops you can buy at Home Depot or Lowes. Those are Kits also. I thought he was building a 1000sf - 1200sf home.
How much do it cost and where can I buy it?
I wonder why the roof has a quit complicated structure, is it about optimized stiffness and load distribution ?
Basically, yes and the 12 and 12 pitch of the roof (with two full dormers), makes maximum use of the enclosed space. You don' tend to walk in the corners of rooms, so the corners are only four foot tall. Dividing the roof into four or eight different components makes them easier to transport and handle. The panels are easy to build and the building is easy to assemble. I have plans available now for a non folding plywood version in 120 sq.ft. and 200sq. ft. model.
Will you sell plans?
anything for house on wheels?
So where do we buy this?!???
That's not a folding house, it's a screw together house
Guess it fell through
How much money??
I haven't started manufacturing them yet. I hope to have plans available soon. Im shooting for about $50.00 a square foot for insulated finished living space [ Basically a finished shell], If I were to manufacture them at scale. Initially I would be building them as higher end custom units at up to twice that cost. The cost per square foot seems constant no matter the size of the BugoutBungalow.
