- Caminando por unos preciosos bosques de hayas, pinos y arroyos con agua cristalina en busca de setas, fuimos a ver unas charcas donde siempre vemos renacuajos para tomarles alguna foto, nos sorprendió que en un lateral de la charca había algo rojo que se movía, pensaba que podía ser alguna alga, con un palo largo intente tomar una muestra, pero observe que estos seres se escondían en el barro y la curiosidad hizo que me acercara con mucha dificultad, ya que me hundía en el barro, a ver que eran esas cosas. Aluciné en colores cuando observé que se trabada de cientos de larvas rojas muy parecidas a pequeñas lombrices de unos 2 cm de longitud y 0,2 mm de diámetro medidas aproximadas ya que cogí ni toque ninguno ya que me impresionaron mucho como para tocarlas. Como podéis ver, se movían sin parar, algo impresionante que nunca había visto.
Perdonad por la calidad de imagen, fue muy difícil grabar dentro de la charca, el agua se enturbió un poco, y los reflejos en el agua no los podía evitar, pero creo que el documento merece la pena

Walking through some beautiful forests of beech trees, pine trees and streams with crystal clear water in search of mushrooms, we went to see some ponds where we always see tadpoles to take a photo of them. We were surprised that on one side of the pond there was something red that was moving, I thought It could be some algae, with a long stick I tried to take a sample, but I noticed that these beings were hiding in the mud and curiosity made me approach it with great difficulty, as I sank into the mud, to see what those things were. . It was crazy when I saw hundreds of red larvae very similar to small worms measuring about 2 cm in length and approximately 0.2 mm in diameter since I didn't even touch any of them since they impressed me too much to touch them. As you can see, they moved non-stop, something impressive that I had never seen before.
Sorry for the image quality, it was very difficult to record inside the pond, the water got a little cloudy, and I couldn't avoid the reflections in the water, but I think the document is worth it.

A la recherche de champignons, nous sommes allés voir des étangs où l'on voit des têtards pour prendre une photo, mais nous avons vu quelque chose de rouge qui bougeait, j'ai pensé que ça pouvait être des algues, avec un long bâton j'ai essayé de prélever un échantillon, observant que ces êtres se cachaient dans la boue et la curiosité m'a fait m'en approcher avec beaucoup de difficulté, alors que je m'enfonçais dans la boue, pour voir ce qu'étaient ces choses, j'ai observé qu'il s'agissait de centaines de larves rouges très semblables à de petits vers qui se déplaçaient sans arrêt , quelque chose d'impressionnant que je n'avais jamais vu auparavant.
Désolé pour la qualité de l'image, c'était très difficile à enregistrer à l'intérieur de l'étang.

Hola Manu 😊 ... Ni siquiera sabes cuánta alegría me das con este video, un video increíble, puedo observar esta vida increíble bajo el agua contigo.
Desde pequeña me gustaba ir sola a campos lejanos, donde había un pequeño estanque y allí, en primavera, había vida de renacuajos.
Me encantaba pasar tiempo allí, observando desde la orilla lo que sucedía en lo profundo del agua, justo al lado de la orilla.
Y ahora, gracias a las modernas cámaras submarinas, podemos admirar juntos la belleza del desarrollo de la vida submarina. Un cálido abrazo para ti ❤❤.

Great to see the tadpoles. The local frogs near us called Spring Peepers are starting to "sing" in the last few days, so should be laying eggs now. I have never seen anything like those large gatherings of wriggling red worm-like larva. I enjoyed in full to the end. Thank you, my friend.

En efecto tienen toda la pinta de tubifícidos, pero en cualquier caso resultan la mar de sorprendentes. Tampoco yo me los he encontrado por ahí, ni en charcas ni en recodos estancados de ríos ni en lodazales. Espectacular y muy interesante para compartirlo. Gracias.
Los renacuajos han salido pero que muy bien.

Por eso los he compartido, cuando vi de que se trataba, no daba crédicto a lo que estaba viendo, la grabación fue muy dificil, aunque llevaba botas de goma, al poco tiempo me estaba enterrando en el barro y solo puede estar unos minutos y por otra parte los reflejos en el agua y el agua enturbiada no ayudaron, pero el documento queda ahí para el que lo quiera visionar. No son setas, aunque el objetivo de la salida era ver setas.

Good afternoon, dear Manu! What you show us in this video is very interesting. In my opinion, this is a species of Naididae, which is occasionally found in fresh waters.
"The Naididae are generally hermaphrodites, just like the few-spotted borers. Reproduction therefore generally occurs via normal bisexual reproduction. However, asexual reproduction also occurs through chain formation and division (especially in the Naidinae).
Some species are blood-red due to haemoglobin, e.g. the Tubifex species. This and other physiological adaptations enable some species to survive for a time under oxygen-free conditions. Some species are used for water quality assessment.
Genera that occur in the sludge of rivers or stagnant inland waters include Tubifex and Limnodrilus. Mass reproduction only occurs in waters whose sediments have a high proportion of utilisable organic material."
