Greg in two years...................so for this next drink you will need a large hadron collider, now I don't own one but the people at CERN let me borrow it.
Disney has released a Galaxy's Edge cookbook which included some of the drinks ...of the ones you covered, only the Dagobah Slug Slinger and with that one you got pretty close. Definitely some visually interesting drinks!
I have it and it's an awesome cookbook but the drinks require some special ingredients that need to be ordered. Like Walmart doesn't carry Cotton Candy Monin Syrup lol. The only drink I was really able to make was the Blurggfire which even that one was hard to find because I needed a chili lime mix. According to the Star Wars wiki the Blurggfire is canonically up to interpretation so you don't have to make it exactly like the recipe but it was the easiest of the drinks to make but still semi complicated. The second easiest is the Hyperdrive but that one even requires black cherry puree which isn't easy to come by.
Youd have an easier time making the special ingredients if you can (black cherries and puree them in a food processor) most times you can find replacements
In case you read this - my friend introduced me to a shot called a Green Tea - It's a mix of Irish Whiskey, Peach Snapps, and Sour Mix and somehow when you mix them together it does indeed taste exactly like drinking a sweet green tea. It made me realize there are alot of these weird combinations that make like "magic" shots that don't taste anything like the some of their parts and an episode of them would be fantastic.

What have you tried?? The menu says “Patrón Silver Tequila, Cedilla Açaí Liqueur, Lime Juice, and Pure Cane Sugar topped with Black Salt and Exotic Fruit Purée”. So I’m thinking this is a margarita with the açaí liqueur in place of triplesec. Maybe 2 oz. tequila, 1 oz. açaí liqueur, 1 oz lime juice, 0.25 oz simple syrup, and then mango purée? I haven’t tracked down the açaí liqueur yet but it does appear to be a product on shelves, and black salt isn’t too hard to find.

Glad to hear you enjoyed the experience. I worked on the Smuggler's Run ride for a few months before I left LFL, and I remember going through it several times in the prototype rig. In those earlier stages of development, I was worried that having a sort of button-driven approach didn't feel very Star Wars-y; we usually think of Star Wars having pilots, gunners, and engineers with roles reminiscent of contemporary air combat as opposed to something purely futuristic in all aspects. This is as compared to Star Trek where everything is done from a console (which is arguably a more realistic vision of the distant future). But ultimately, I guess they had a plan that worked. I still haven't tried the final installation, but I remember pretty vividly how it was for the first couple of stages of the prototype. Also, the "it's like a full-on simulator" point -- well... that's actually more or less what it is. It's completely realtime, running in a game engine and just happens to be running on a beast of a rig. It's just that it's kind of a simulation on rails since it is a theme park and they need to keep the visitor flow going at a reasonable pace. If they gave you a totally free simulation (which isn't impossible, but not practical), you might finish in less than 12 parsecs, but someone else might require 15.
