Appreciate the feedback. I can somewhat agree, but you know this video was made over a year ago, and id say my recent videos have improved quite a bit. Let me know what you think :)
@@Odeboo definitely a great find! I disassembled it, gave it a repaste, deep clean, and upgraded the hard drive to an SSD. I already have a series X, but having an extra xbox to put in another room is great!
what!!!! You got A deal bro but the one X is going to be cheap because no more first party Xbox one games all first party games now are X|S only thats why one X is cheap now
The built quality on the Xbox One X is hands down one of the best in that generation. Very well built, has quiet cooling, and has awesome performance. Way better than the Ps4 Pro. I am sort of a Sony fanboy, but I own both consoles for games. But to be relevant about the console quality is way better imo.
@@Odeboo No squeaky plastic noise what is usually happening in the PS4 Pro. I play most of my games on PS4 because the exclusive games. But I choose One X when it comes to play Control and Red Dead Redemption 2 that generation. And not mention it is also runs these games in higher resolution as well.
Yep. I wish there was more to it on the exclusives that Xbox has to offer, like the old days. The One X puts out remarkable graphics no questions about it, but imagine GOW, TLOU, Uncharted etc. on the One X. Back then it would've been amazing.
One of the best Xbox consoles out there. Reliable and quiet, it plays a whole range of games, including a lot of legacy games I still enjoy. I still prefer the UI menus from my X360, but apart from that, it's brilliant. Love the standard controller too. Worth buying just for graphics improvement. Overall, a great console.
I was A Series S fan and always said it's better than One X I recently got the Series X and played One X enhanced games and the One X has more fidelity over the Series S so it's closer than I thought.
yea One X are going to get cheaper since Xbox announced no more first party games for Xbox one that means no more exclusives to Xbox one the one S or One X

@@gabrieljohnson1854hat's fine with me cuz I don't really wanna upgrade unless my console dies. + I just started buying older Xbox one games for cheap to try them out so I got plenty to keep me busy.
@@gabrieljohnson1854 what is that doing for them though? they aren't making owning an Xbox worth it anymore when everything is on PC, and PlayStation is still making exclusives while everyone still makes fun of Xbox for not having any
My favourite thing about the 1X is is that the design is so sleek and i thought about getting it just for the looks of it alone, will always be my favourite
“You forgot to mention that it also works as a great 4K Blu-ray player” Because it doesn’t. It’s 4K Blu-ray player is budget level and not worth talking about. Not on the same level as a stand alone dedicated 4K Blu-ray player.
I recently upgraded to an ssd and replaced the thermal paste with a pad i cut to size, it's both much faster in ui and loading times and quieter thanks to that pad. All I do I is play fo4 and i can say an ssd makes the world of a difference. Definitely worth the internal install, especially with how cheap ssd's are now.
Lmao I did that exact same upgrade during lockdown when I had nothing better to do. I didn’t replace the thermal paste as the console was always whisper quiet for me. Got a series x now so it would be hard to go back but the One X is a superb console especially when coupled with game pass
@stevenellis6515 1tb, might also add that the pad caused overheating issues, so if you're replacing the thermal paste, just use new paste and not a pad, lol.
@@chrisstucker1813 Can you believe Odeboo said One X is cut above Series X and S🤣🤣I stopped what I was doing when I heard it why did the Series X cost so much money if One X is better? smh. But I'm loving the Series X man its one heck of console
I picked up my Xbox One X in late February or early March of 2020 on sale at GameStop. Almost four years later it’s still going strong 💪 and it is by far my favorite console that I’ve ever used 🎮
Bought my one X back in 2018 as an upgrade from my Xbox 360 and it’s served me as a great console with great graphics and backwards compatibility with most of my 360 games. I got the PS5 now and use that more often but the one X is still the best way to play games from the past generation.
Yeah! Currently playing Shadow of The Tomb Raider on the One X on 4K. And honestly, hooking that up to a 85'' 4K TV that we have in the living room is truly amazing.
Oh this is my mission as well. Got a Steam deck with Halo: MCC and a PS5 but none can offer local co-op for Halo (or Gears). My ooooold 360 doesn’t have HDMI and my TVs don’t have VGA/Scart. 😂 Thinking to invest in a used One X or One S. And I’ve got several Halo Discs and Gears discs laying around. Want my son to experience these games. Especially Halo.
@@TheApeWonderI was so pissed when I played Gears and Halo on PC thinking im gonna play it with my daughter but no splitscreen on Halo PC vesrsion like how can you charge the same price for a cut down game not only that its not even a play anywhere title the xbox version is a seperate purchase although its a in house game
Hey, I have a question regarding RDR2's performance on the Xbox One X. See on my X1X RDR2 dips it's framerate heavily when a bear grabs me and mauls me or also whenever there's a lot of action, and it also lags heavily in the mission where Arthur fights Tommy do you also have these frame dips? Because I'm starting to wonder if maybe it is my console that is weaker or more defective than others. And btw I have the disc version of RDR2 and have factory reset my console.
@@cowboy5944 yeah I have also faced fps drops while near fire, browsing the catalouge in shops and some here and there but worked well for majority of the time
@@devprotimsikdar9937 Oh ok then that means the game has gotten worse performance over time then with updates because I swear everyone says like Digital Foundry that the game runs perfect 30Fps and others but not in my case apparently but I'm glad you were able to solve my worries.
Just picked one up for $50 at a pawn shop. It was stuck in a reboot loop so I took the hard drive out and connected it to my PC to run a disk repair, now she’s up and running!
Bought a used Xbox One X Goldrush edition this April 2023 for less than $190. Complete with accessories and was also surprised that the original owner still have unused game and subscription codes from the original packaging. Overall, great deal for me as I can also enjoy 4k games and streaming movies, since I only have the Series S that upscales 4k, unlike the One X which has native 4k reso.
The Series S uses checkerboard rendering to upscale the image to 4K and so does the One X. In fact if you want 4k at 60 FPS which very few titles support, even with the power of the series X the image is upscaled too. The Series X can run games in native 4K but only at 30FPS :) . To pack such performance in to such a limited space the devs had to find tricks to make it seem comparable to real native 4k. I built a PC a couple years back and if I wanted a system that could truly play in native 4K at 60FPS, I would have had to spend probably close to 5-6 Thousand...
Love this console. Upgraded from a One S to this one the X/Project Scorpio for dead island 2 and hogwarts legacy and im loving it. The 4k is great and its keeping me from buying a series X. Im hoping the series soon has a Pro or slim version before i upgrade again
I got this from my brother when he stopped playing video games for a bit. Games ran amazingly compared to my previous consoles. Served me well and i sold it back then in like 2018? For 200 with everything
I got mine for around $200 CDN when stores were clearing them out before the the Series consoles came out. Huge improvement over my original Xbox One, even with playing on a 1080p display.
I have an Xbox One X, still use it and still runs every single game I play smoothly. Great choice for those who want a powerful alternative to the Series S in my book. Great video!
It's still a brilliant console, I'm not even in a rush to upgrade, when I do eventually upgrade it will have to be a Series X... I also love the Blu-ray on this console because I can watch 4k dvds 👌
I feel the same way. Was not in a rich to upgrade. Still ain't. Wanted to get the Halo Infinite Edition but couldn't get one. At least not one that wasn't hefty amount very priced. Now I'm thinking of skipping this new generation and just waiting for the next.
@deadm4n881 One X because it has extra horsepower that can hit closer to 60 for certain games! While the One S can go 60 fps but it struggle even to hit it the mark!
I have a series S and my old Xbox one was on its last legs. Picked up a Xbox one X for a good price and I really like it. I’ll get an external ssd for it.
I bought a Xbox One X about a year after they where released, I still have it and still use it to play my Xbox games. It has been a wonderful console and I never felt the need to go for a newer Xbox. I won a PS5 in a raffle almost two years ago so my Xbox has mostly been collecting dust since unless I want to play the Halo series. Now most of my console gaming is on my PS5 unless I am forced to play it on Xbox like Halo.
Well there is two ways to see it lol. For me the One X is the superior choice due to all the psychical games I own and I do love the graphics, and it's cheaper.
@@Didzejek69the series s is running games at 30 fps and 900p that cpu is obviously bottlenecked by the gpu so he really did upgrade when he purchased the One X do to more bandwith more ram more gpu power 4K games disc drive 4k blu ray compact audio disc dvd its better in almost every way
I’ve been having the one x for 2 years now and it still hold up perfectly fine I’ve always been so fascinated how much of a beast this one x is. The only one problem I had was the hard drive went bad and swapped it out with an ssd but other than not no problems at all Xbox is so underrated, wish they continue to support newer game titles for the Xbox one x because I know it could at least run newer triple a games at least 1080p or 1440p resolution such a underrated console
I have the Series X and Series S and when I play One X enhanced version on my X I'm seriously impressed games like Quantum Break look amazing with One X enhancement I'm debating which is better Series S or One X its to close to call. It's unfortunate One X won't have new exclusives because it runs Xbox one code. Before I had Series X it was just the S and I would always say One X is just A 4k Xbox One and after playing One X on my Series X I was wrong the fidelity is better on One X
It could definitely run some games but the One X is held back by the One/One S, and if a game isn't playable on the One S they won't make a One X version. It's kinda funny because people say that the Series S holds the Series X back.
@@gabrieljohnson1854 I know that the difference between consoles is quite immense. It's just funny that the One X is the only console that is actually being held back.

It has now been confirmed that there will be a 1TB Series S model for an extra 50 USD on top of MSRP; MS dev studios will no longer produce XB1 versions of their titles, either.
Longtime Xbox one x owner here, one thing to look out for is the failing mechanical hard drives and also the sata cable failing. I was having tons of errors and freezes and crashes and replacing the sata cable fixed my problems.
Oh yeah I upgraded to an SSD, then began having problems with random errors, so then I cut the Xbox adapter in half, replaced the sata cable and used only the power side of the Xbox adapter and it's been working beautifully for a month.
Same exact thing happened to me and the part is sold out everywhere so I had to rig to aftermarket parts together but I fixed it and it's been working perfect ever since
I like being able to play xbone x versions of games on my Series X. I definitely did spoil myself by buying one. For years i only owned an original Xbox One, the og black 500 storage model. I didn't have a job or any sort of income, so i couldn't upgrade for years, i received that og xbox for Christmas. I was so happy then, but it was probably the worst experience ever, it wasn't terrible but it exactly the "next gen" i was expecting. All i really played was the "next gen" version of GTA 5 with first person and all that GTA online jazz. But it felt nice, i wanted to treat myself. Also, nobody really needs to know this, or even read my comment, but I'd just like to share so deal with it. Anyway, 6 years earlier i received the og xbox for Christmas from my parents. And now, in the present day I bought myself a Series X, the most powerful xbox on the market and you can see it instantly when you play it, it's the ultimate xbox. All xbox games may not be completely backwards compatible but most work, and you can pretty much have the entire xbox, xbox 360, xbone, series x/s, library. I love the series x, but it definitely is expensive, so far i haven't got really much games, or spare controllers, or even more storage yet but i plan to, I want to. Thanks for reading and I think the Xbox One X version of Kingdom Hearts III is amazing!!!
I buy my Xbox One X when the Series S/X was release in 2020. I thinking than I want to upgrade my FAT Xbox One because I just got a 4K télévision, but because I more a Backlog gamer, I don't really need a Series X yet, so the One X was the best option for me. So I buy the Project Skorpion edition of the One X, complete in box (with a broken pad than I fixed) for less than 200€... Minus nearly a 100€ because I've got a discount 😁😁😁. And then this I still got it, and it still work great, and the game one Xbox One are so cheap than I've got a decent library of game. I thinking of upgrade for a Series, but I going to wait for a Slim and/or Pro version of the X model, so I have the time to play on a lot 🤟.
Smart thinking! I'm was considering the same route as you did, buying and Series X. But then I did some research and found out that the One X is often selling for less than $200 while still being powerful, making the One X a great choice even as of today 😎 Also nice that you got the Scorpio Edition, it's so sleek and minimalistic!
Absolutely the most reliable console I've had. Such a nice surpise having it last longer than probably the second ps5 I had to get, and series x that so far hasn't broken.
I have Series X as well and I've always said Series S is better but after playing One X on my Series X its actually has more visual fidelity than Series S. I have new found respect for One X
@@gabrieljohnson1854The day the Series S gets a 1TB SSD it will blow away the One X. It has Quick Resume, the processor has over 3x as much power, SSD is much faster than the disk on the One X (yes even if you upgrade to an SSD) and it will get games made for it in the future. Yet if you can get it used for a cheap price, I perhaps wouldn't disregard the One X just yet.
One X is very reliable, but after a few years, my disc drive died. Everything else worked like a charm, it was quiet, but without a disc drive, it was useless. Microsoft said they didn't repair them anymore, so I sold it and got a Series X.
@@maciller8461 i Have both Series, PS5 and PC. _Get ya money up dawg_ Also, learn to read or you will not get a well paying job. i said, "i like the DESIGN", i never said "I HAVE the One X"
Assuming he's referring to ssd in series consoles as apposed to optical drive. As he said 'series ones' referring to digital only series s aswell. The ssd can be cloned but not a easy job for most. As apposed to replacing 2.5" one x hdd
It can run Xbox One games and even some newer games that have a Series S version at higher resolutions than the Series S. But the Series X will always run the Xbox One X code over the One S, which means the Series X will push the same resolution on Xbox One, 360 and OG games as the One X, but at much better framerates especially if it has fps boost support.
Ill say it again it's a very cool console to have for 4K and HDR if you don't have a Series X Just make sure you know how to deal with those Annoying System Errors in the long run and you'll be fine.
Love my ONE X!!! I just took a second Series X back, basically I just play the Xbox One X because they are still releasing so many great games on it and mine runs amazingly still. And I have a PS5 for Current Gen games, a Steam Deck and a gaming PC I rarely use. The first one was making a loud HUMMING sound from the fan, very odd, so I sold it to Gamestop, they actually gave me a lot of store credit. Owned it for 6 months was a waste. The second I decided to get (no idea why) it sat in the box for a few weeks, I said okay I'll hook it up. After doing so it wouldn't download any of my digital content, I reset the system, my password etc. Finally it worked but seemed buggy. Then games started randomly freezing, something I've never had on ANY Xbox. So I took it back and said never again. Had 0 issues with any Xbox One/One X I've ever owned. So not only is the SX not necessary it's not very reliable either. UGGH. One X FTW.
March 2024. I just bought one on ebay for 90€, shipped. And comes with a controller (brand new from the look of it), the cables, three Fifa games and a new Xbox headset for the chat. Sold as defective, because apparently it can't load these games. But perfect for everything else. Probably it just needs a factory reset. 🙂 Considering that I will sell two of the games and the headset, in the end it costed me about 60€. What a deal. By the way, one of the ebay photos shows the console near the box of a Samsung SSD. So... got my fingers crossed. But that would be too good to be true, would be too much. Will see when it will arrive.
I still have after 4.5years...works good as day one. I only just did deep cleaning few weeks ago ..I love it . ..keep that dust outta there people ..I noticed once cleaned ..fan dosent come on anywhere near as often
A note on the one x. Although it may have a more powerful gpu then series s . The architecture and hdd (sata3) hold it back from being compatible with the current generation of games.
The console is perfectly fine in hardware, but with the release of Xbox Series EXclusive games coming out primarily now, you do have to upgrade to be able to play these latest games (or get a pc)
It’s major problem are in 2 areas-a slow hard drive interface that even an SSD can’t truly solve and it’s awful tablet CPU. Even though a Series S has a weaker GPU, it has a SIGNIFICANTLY superior CPU and SSD interface. Still a good machine but 60 fps games aren’t there like the Series X/S.
Great video! Sadly, it has outdated information as of 7/12/2023. The Series S just got a 1TB Storage option. It also has a higher framerate then the Xbox One X. Also, Microsoft just announced it will no longer be making games for the Xbox One.
Thanks! Still, the new Series S is $50 more than the regular Series S, making the One X still a solid choice. And as of right now the One X can play almost any of the newer games for a low price :)
I upgraded from a One S to One X not long after the new Series X/S came out and it was a great console. I recently bought a Series X during Christmas because of all the sales, but I still have the One X because my wife likes to play some games on it. I had a 1TB SSD in the One X, but removed it after I got the Series X because I wasn’t using it for anything demanding anymore. If you have a One X and still have the regular HDD in it I would highly recommend swapping it for an SSD. The One X is very easy to take apart and SSDs are so cheap now and if you get hard drive copier it makes swapping them out seamless. There is an argument to be made that the One X is better than the Series S because the performance is similar and you get a disc drive. Plus there have been so few titles exclusive released for the Series X/S. Alan Wake 2 is the only one I can think of not support by Xbox one.
Something to note is that the one x doesnt play a lot of modern releases that the series consoles can. Many games run at 30 as well but there are actually a suprising amount of games that let you turn the resolution down to 1440p which can help you get your fps to or near 60. Halo infinite gives you the option of 4k 30 or 1440p 60 fps. I opted for the latter and was honestly blown away at how well the one x handled it. I primarily play PC nowadays but when i want to play 360 backwards compatible games or titles not on PC my one x serves me well.
I had a one x for a while and it was pretty impressive seeing as it's based on old tech. I played sleeping dogs definitive and it was excellent. And the choice of games + price of games is amazing.
I love my one x. Still play it, had HDR for movies and games and I put an SSD in it. Dont see any big reason to upgrade to Xbox Series X yet. And und has a disc drive !Only draw back is the series only games cant play in it, but I have a gaming PC for that.
I had my Xbox one x in an interesting story. Being grown up in India, gaming and consoles are considered luxury and unfortunately my parents coudnt afford such a machine for me. I had my first console psone back when i was a kid, i used to play games untill my mom turns it off saying power adaptor is about to explode. Sadly i dont have a memory card so i never completed any game back then. After few years my cousin gave me his memory card and then i started some serious gaming. Then i shifted to pc gaming and used it as far as it can go. I considered buying ps3 when it came but it so expensive and the games were too. During my college years i got a scholarship just a little money. I decided to finally buy my dream, a ps4, but after a couple of research i found out that i cant play forza on ps4 and i cant play sony games on xbox too. Hard choices but i finally made my mind that forza is main priority, so i went on to buy one s mainly coz i dont have a 4k tv to play one x. And then i found out that i cant play games from China on consoles from China and cant play in reverse too. Prices of xbox in India was too expensive for me. I mention China coz thats the place i am studying. On my way back to college, i took a flight through Hong Kong and decided to buy one s from there. I sold my then iphone 7 and made enough money to buy some games too. All the time, UA-cam is showing me videos of one x and made one s a weaker and poorer option. So i finally bought One X with no money to spare for any games. Luckily it came in a bundle of PUBG, but it also had a newForza 7 disc inside, the guy said it was sealed but a win for me. I am so happy about my purchase. Still to this day i havent played any 4k with my one x. And recently i bought ps5, but i regret that desicion now coz it dont have forza and i didnt know how much i miss forza. I kept my one x at home, so buying ps5 was not making as happy as buying one x back then. I am still playing ps5 in a wierd cheap 1080p tv that my college provides. One of the main reasons i didnt bought series x is coz i dont like how it looks comparing to one x. Also i guess switching platforms would give best of both worlds, but i am wrong, i have choose what i want from a console. So i hope i will buy another xbox when i graduate and get a job, i believe by that time xbox will launch generation killer console like one x. I am still glad it is more powerful than series s, im so happy i didnt bought that eventhough i considered it over ps5. Forza all the way.
Cool and interesting story! Seems like this journey also have thought you how to make the right financial decisions. And you mentioned that you don't have a 4K tv, I'll be posting a video on the Xbox One S and how it performs in a couple of days if you're interested :)
I just got a series S and gamepass is amazing I always had playstation since 2010 my first was ps3 then ps4 and now ps5 but I only use it for cod and gta online. I wish it had a disc drive for backward compatibility.
I really enjoyed my One X from the sort time I had with it, bought for 150€. Too bad the HDMI chip died 6 months later, which seems to be a commun occurrences with these boxes. I can't recommend them personally because of that experience
Pro tip: you dont need to bother to swap out the internal ssd… you can just buy an external SSD and the USB3.0 is as fast as if you changed out the internal SSD.
I had an one x since release and switched to series x half a year ago the only difference I feel is the loading times, and a slightly graphic difference but it was a really good console
@@kevondouglas4088 You've never play Series X i've played One X and Series X its A massive massive difference buddy even the Series S is way better. No one who has both says what you said. First One X is 4k 30 fps with last gen graphics it's good but Series X is 4k 60 fps with ray tracing and 1440p 120 fps with photoreal next gen graphics. So huge difference in graphics its by far miles better maybe when Series X first came out there wasn't any next gen games so it was similar. The Series X introduced us to photoreal graphics when we started getting next gen games. It even enhances One X games. Your so wrong I feel sorry for you. The One X is outdated its CPU is from 2013 plus no more exclusives time to upgrade
Let me be clear Series S is way better than One X(Digital Foundry reported this) so the Series X is miles better. Its clear you only play cross gen games not games like Jedi Survivor where you see A massive difference. The framerates alone make it miles better
I’ve been team Xbox since day 1. 2001. My Xbox and Xbox 360 kept me content for years. My Series X is great. However I had to ditch XB1 for PS4 due to malfunction. My original XB1 had issues. Microsoft sent me a second one. The second destroyed my disc. I only enjoyed the XB1 for 6 months, if that long.
i have an xbox one and i saved some money and now want something new. i was gonna save for the xbox series S until i saw a video about the one X. glad i decided to buy that now because i didn’t know it was like the 2nd strongest xbox😊
I inherited my uncle's Xbox one X, the internal power supply just packed up and i had to replace it, i just did the repair today the part cost me £29, I have a Xbox one s too, but that's packed away. Just my PS4 pro, ps5, one X and a Wiiu are connected up, my switch and quest 2 haven't been touched for ages, same with psvr1, but the quest 2 retired my psvr. I've not got a series X yet, but i will be buying one before they release the digital only version which sounds awful (luckily my one s isn't the weak digital only version) I was going to buy the series X just for starfield, but 4 days ago i got an ROG Ally and starfield runs amazingly on it.
The One X was waaayy ahead of its time when it was released, a massive 6 TFLOPS of performance, compared to the One's 1.3 is a mega jump, but with barely any improvement on the CPU from One to One X, this meant for the most part the 4k games were capped at 30fps, even though the GPU was capable of 60fps, it was throttled by the poor cpu, and also suffers with frame stutters. The One X is also more powerful than the Xbox Series S, in fact the GPU is almost 50% more powerful which is very odd considering it is older. However, because of the older One architecture, games are not being developed for it was much, because although with 6TFLOPS literally ALL Xbox Series S/X compatible games can run on it, developers also have to make games work on the 1.3TFLOPS original Xbox One too, which they won't do, as that thing would struggle to even hit 1080p 30 with newer titles, so the One X is disregarded because of the existence of the One.

I bought a One X for $90 today including all the accessories, and from watching this video I think that's a pretty good deal!

Cool to know it doesn't collect dust next to the Series X
I recently upgraded to an ssd and replaced the thermal paste with a pad i cut to size, it's both much faster in ui and loading times and quieter thanks to that pad. All I do I is play fo4 and i can say an ssd makes the world of a difference. Definitely worth the internal install, especially with how cheap ssd's are now.
Same upgrade that i did
Lmao I did that exact same upgrade during lockdown when I had nothing better to do. I didn’t replace the thermal paste as the console was always whisper quiet for me. Got a series x now so it would be hard to go back but the One X is a superb console especially when coupled with game pass
@usec-voice-1 What size is you're ssd?
@stevenellis6515 1tb, might also add that the pad caused overheating issues, so if you're replacing the thermal paste, just use new paste and not a pad, lol.

But then I did some research and found out that the One X is often selling for less than $200 while still being powerful, making the One X a great choice even as of today 😎
Also nice that you got the Scorpio Edition, it's so sleek and minimalistic!

@@gabrieljohnson1854The day the Series S gets a 1TB SSD it will blow away the One X.
I have the Series S and your right one X has A higher resolution but I chose the Series S for other reasons

UGGH. One X FTW.
Great analisis, could you do this same video with the ps4 pro? It would be interesting.
Considering that I will sell two of the games and the headset, in the end it costed me about 60€. What a deal.
By the way, one of the ebay photos shows the console near the box of a Samsung SSD. So... got my fingers crossed. But that would be too good to be true, would be too much. Will see when it will arrive.

Thanks! Still, the new Series S is $50 more than the regular Series S, making the One X still a solid choice. And as of right now the One X can play almost any of the newer games for a low price :)
To play psychical games and movies that required an disc drive.
Alan Wake 2 is the only one I can think of not support by Xbox one.
i have this console only for gears of war series from back compatibility xbox 360.
The one x is really sexy. Wish I'd have gotten this instead of ps4 pro back then. Now I have the series x and never will go back to playstation.
I still have mine. It serves as a decent multi media device. Or as a backup console.
I wish we had more backwards compatible games on Xbox One?
I still have it in the box, a result of impulse buying I guess, will open it up someday.
Sometimes it is that way. I do the same once in a while :)
Bought my Xbox one x two years ago. Lovely console
I used to love my one X but accidentally broke it one day so I upgraded to the series x now. Sure was a great console 🔥
From this video and forward, I WILL at least post one video per week :)
You're damn right, I'll.never get rid of mine, one of the best looking and greatest value consoles EVER
😀
I wish Texas Chainsaw Massacre game had a Xbox One X enhancement. Would really be cool to see it happen!
I still have my 360 from 2007 , no ring of death 🔥💯🤣
I just got a series S and gamepass is amazing I always had playstation since 2010 my first was ps3 then ps4 and now ps5 but I only use it for cod and gta online. I wish it had a disc drive for backward compatibility.
The Series S is next gen
With a internal SSD it can out perform the Xbox Series S! Microsoft will still support the console because of that!
I really enjoyed my One X from the sort time I had with it, bought for 150€. Too bad the HDMI chip died 6 months later, which seems to be a commun occurrences with these boxes.
I can't recommend them personally because of that experience
Ouch, sorry to hear that.
All consoles are prone to this, depends on how well looked after it was.
At 5:49 I really felt that my brother. 😪
Pro tip: you dont need to bother to swap out the internal ssd… you can just buy an external SSD and the USB3.0 is as fast as if you changed out the internal SSD.
Is that just to reduce loading times? Or is it a workaround to play SeriesX/S games?
@@Maesterful Its just a workaround. You cannot play S/X game one the One X.
I had an one x since release and switched to series x half a year ago the only difference I feel is the loading times, and a slightly graphic difference but it was a really good console
You didn’t notice the much better framerate lol?😂
You got it in 4k? The Series X is way better than One X in every category especially framerate what games have you played?
@@gabrieljohnson1854not much of a huge difference in graphics
2023 xbox one fazed out, we want to play next gen games. So one x useful as a shelf for series s/x
So how is it?
4:42 my dawg liked Far Cry 5 so much he got it twice xd
Of course! It's a long story (not really.) Let me know if you wanna hear it lol.
It's still my favorite console and i love the controller as well
That is great to hear 🙂
I got a xbox one x for free when i bought my 4k 50inch samsung tv on blackfriday almost 5 years ago. Its hard to justify upgrading to the series X.
Worth getting over the series S? Was always attracted to this model but it's been expensive, prices starting to drop making it a worthy purchase
