We're back on the baseball field and today we're talking about how to stop grounding out. If you want to know how to stop hitting ground balls, then these 3 baseball hitting tips will help you be a better hitter. The first thing we can do to stop hitting ground balls is be a stronger hitter. If the hitter is too weak, this can be a cause of grounding out all the time. The second thing we can fix in our baseball swing is that we must stop swinging down and instead work on having a good swing plane. If we have a good swing plane and bat path, then we have a much better chance of hitting line drives over weak ground balls. Third, we need to eliminate the "roll over" by "staying inside the ball". I'm sure you hear these two terms all the time as they relate to baseball hitting. How do we eliminate the roll over? We keep our hands inside the ball. What are some pitching drills I can do when it is cold outside?
the reinventing of the wheel with launch angle and swing plane approach. The reason coaches or players in the past preached the downward approach was because, it works. If it didn't work it wouldn't exist. Today's baseball player wants to hit 30 home runs and hit .220 while striking out 35% of the time. I'm all for different theories but I'm tired of hearing guys say ignore that pholisophy it doesn't work. For a 13 year old who moves to a 60 90 field for the first time, who cant hit a ball 300 ft, launch angle and your swing plane equate to lazy fly ball outs. Coach to the level of the player not what grown men can do. If a youth player is destined to be a major leaguer he will make whatever adjustments he needs to in his swing as he progresses.
Can you teach how to build more pitching arm strength.

Young Cho your body should rotate your bat. The shoulders should tilt with the degree of the pitch
