Classic animated Harley Quinn was far more modest than the goth/emo iterations we have of the character now. I prefer classic Harley.
In the '80s I liked Cleo from _Heathcliff and the Catillac Cats_ . In the '90s I liked Hello Nurse and Minerva Mink from _Animaniacs_ . They could have at least mentioned these characters in this video.
Where's Jubilee, Psylocke, Mystique, She-ra(80's), Evil-Lynn(80's), Teela(80's), Sorceress(80's), Live Wire, Loise Lane, Lana Lang, Ariel, Belle, Kala, Lotus Blossom, Mona Lisa, Sheila, Diana, Batgirl, Minerva Mink, Black Cat, and others?
Jenny ( bucky ´o hare), gargoyles elisa maza, Tula - pitates of the black water, Jem and the holograms, Tina Cassidy ( cops), .....
I like Jean Grey more than Rogue now.
From the 80s and 90s...
Scarlett (G. I. Joe), Nova (Starblazers), Vanessa Leeds (Robotech: The Macross Saga), Tess Darrett (Pole Position), Gloria Baker (MASK), The Sorceress (He-Man and the Masters of the Universe), Kallan James (Thunderbirds 2086), Janine Melnitz (The Real Ghostbusters), Mainframe (C. O. P. S.), & Jasmine (Conan the Adventurer.
Crystal (Centurians, 1986), Niko (Galaxy Rangers, 1986), Jessica Rabbit (Who Framed Roger Rabbit, 1988), Basically everyone in (Heavy Metal, 1981), for all the furries out there, everyone in (Fritz the Cat, 1972), and for the old-timers, BettyBoop (1930)
Video narration: *tries to frame attractive women being... well... attractive as a bad thing*

Isn't going as well as you hoped huh.
Now do Top 14 Most Attractive Female Cartoon Characters From The 2000's and 2010's - Explored.
Political correctness wasn't a big thing in the '80s and '90s and censorship was a lot more lax back then.
Evil-Lynn?
Teela?
The Sorceress??
C'mon man.
Can't talk about the 80's with NO mention of MOTU.
No Gadget Hackwrench, no Callie Briggs, No Fifi, what is this?!?
I just gotta say Jasmine from Aladdin, Harley Quinn batman, Green Ivy, Lola Bunny
All these female cartoon characters look so nice!😍 I'd go out with them all. Cheetara, the Baroness, Talia Alghoul, Lady J, and Jean Gray are the only ones I'm not familiar with. Also, I hope Batman wasn't poisoned after Poison Ivy kissed him.
your title is 'female cartoon characters from the 80s and 90s' not 'female cartoon characters from kids cartoons'. No Taarna (should be number 1), and only briefly mentioning Jessica. your list is wrong
I'm glad lady Jay was included, as she's my #1(,my gf knows it,lol.) But the original Teela was smoking hot, too. I'm surprised she didn't make the last.
90S ROGUE, 80S CHEETA-RA, HOLLY-WOOD FROM COOL WORLD AND JESSICA RABBIT FROM WHO FRAMED ROGER RABBIT AND 5TH JASMINE FROM ALLADDIN BECAUSE IM GREEDY
Cartoon makers want an audience - they know kids are watching these cartoons along with their parents and other older people. Using fanservice to appeal to the parents and other older people is nothing new.
I can't believe that you put Phenix, Storm and Jasmine on your list. What the hell were you thinking (if you were thinking)?!
Let'sjust say there are quite a few easy picks missing from this list - but a decent list all the same!
A list? Really? I couldnt. My heart was lost a very very very looooooooong time ago, an frankly, nobody, but nobody, matches Her. I can pretend, an I have done that, but the real thing, it just ain’t there- not for me.
The AI writing and voicing is horrible.
Pfff…as if.
Troll bot
April O’neil was not “first introduced” in the movie. The cartoon existed long before the movie came out and she had been on that from the start.
As for Rogue, she should be at the top of your list. I mean… Daaaayuuuuumn! Between the way she looks and that southern belle accent, I’m still in love her!
wount argue the sexy angle, I will point out it was RARE for the women to be the "haples women" many were bad asses like Massa from Gargoyles NY cop.
For me its Jessica Rabbit, Ariel, Sally Finkelstein and Nausicaa of all things
