Yammie: “stipulation, money is no object”
Also Yammie: “this bike is at the bottom of the list because it costs $33,000”
Also « clips on blabla » ok then brutale 1000 rs…. Its more comfy while keeping everything else…. And cost 25k xD
@@thomasbouvier3203 It's not that comfy btw and lost the ohlins + no carbon and bad color scheme
@@siegfriedz8211 well i test rode it and it wasn’t that bad… it was between brutale 800rr and monster 937 in position…
@@thomasbouvier3203 how does it perform?
@@ciaobelo6838 well it was a test drive for 40min…. And at that time i was more impressed than anything else and i was extra extra carefull
What i have discovered about bikes is that it doesn’t really matter if it’s the best of the best…. As long as it fits your needs and you like it then it’s good….
I couldn't agree more!
The KTM disrespect!!!!
sir we do not question the lord and savior super duke
Agreed, I have one and I was hoping it would've gotten higher. But his arguments made sense.
Just got a Z H2 a couple of weeks ago. Love it!!
amazing can you make a video of your review
I bet you do, I'm still working my way up to that one, enjoy
Picked up a used 2022 Suzuki GSX-S1000 a few weeks ago, it's good at what it does, looks cool, and the value can't be beat. Enough said.
I have my 2020 Z H2, Chris Moore flash, P08 air filter and full brocks penta carbon. Puts down around 220 hp at the wheel and around 103 ft/lbs of torque. Had a chance to buy my brother 2020 Streetfighter V4. I can say 100% in every aspect the Ducati is a superior bike. Weight...feels like a 400, handling...telepathic, quick shifter even without a BT flash silky smooth. Power and power delivery are the only area's it loses. Looks above and beyond my Z.....but as Yammie stated....my Z has yet to not make me giggle like a school girl every time I get on it. Power...blows the Streetfighter away no competition. As weird as it is to say the Streetfighter to me was actually boring to ride and to get any power out of it you really have to ring that motor out into the upper revs. After riding them back to back there was 0 question for me that I was keeping my Z. When that S.O.B. powers the front wheel up at 130+ as easy as a 1000cc sport bike does in first....that's when you know, like Nintendo, Now you're playing with power.
Got to say I love your content yammy was watching you for years and just got my 1st bike last week thanks for all the tips and tricks your a god sent
Yammie going to hell ranking the Tuono #5. Top 3 easy.
for the bike itself yes.. but if you think globally for an owner, it can't be top 3. Bad dealers, slow warranty, bad reliability etc
@@siegfriedz8211 I have a 2017 Tuono V4 RR and im currently at 20k miles without a single issue, I honestly dont see the issue people are having with the bike
@@dj8six a single experience does not represent the reliability of a brand ;)
For example, i've got a 2023 Tuono factory and in a single year (4000km), i had issue with oil leak, abs and gearbox...
+ the customer service was poor at my dealership.
But you have to look at Whats the experience of most people.. in France on the official Tuono v4 group you have a few post with issues each week..
Even the Guy from the workshop at my dealership told me the sav of aprilia is awful and the bikes always have issues here and there (aprilia, guzzi, Vespa, piaggio, gilera..all).
It is a big ship where you also have Ktm, suzuki, ducati, royal enfield, cf moto and bmw and he just told me Aprilia was the less reliable of all.. followed by ktm.
Suzuki being the best by far (of course).
Maybe that can explain why the sold not much motorcycles while they are really cool ones ^^
I tune in for every upload tbh and its great. Just like the Haya-Fricking-busa
I had a '15 s1kr and loved that thing. Couple years ago replaced it with a '22 SFv4s and just never clicked with it the same way. It was badass and sexy but i just didnt love it. Bought a '23 s1kr again and love it. Whatever it is... it just suits me
What! No GoldWing?
Hypernaked, not HyperRobeAndSlippers.
The sarcasm is real with this one. Although... hmm. What would a hypernaked Goldwing look like? Just keep Honda away from the English. (No bug-eyed monstrosity please)
Great discussion! I don’t know whether i would’ve come up with the exact same list but I was nodding my head to everything you said. Thanks for fun videos grounded in reality!
Got a 2023 CB1000R Black Edition. It really is a beautiful machine. For a few extra grand, you can make this thing a kick ass canyon bike - Ohlins shock and cartridges, exhaust with an ECU tune/flash and a set of Pirelli Rosso IV Corsas and send it 🤙🏻
At 30k+ for "the good one" and getting no cruise control, it's hard for me to consider the SFV4 a better "daily" road bike than anything below it that does have cruise.
TUONO TIL I DIE BABYYYYY
Not gonna lie, I'll never look at a Tuono and categorize it as a naked bike. Get them damn fairings off of it!
For real
That is my biggest argument against the Tuono. The fairings and the headlight design, it's just tooooo much like an RSV4.
I know someone who is buying a M1000R. It's his third bike, he also has a 120hp Dyna, and a rigid frame Shovelhead chopper. I think I probably influenced his decision when I bought my S1000XR, and his Dyna couldn't keep up.
The concept of a XSR-1 Blew my mind
Gotta say that I love my Ducati Streetfighter V4. You can definitely daily that bike. Fast, but rides perfectly in slow traffic too. Couldn’t be happier.
How’s the heat on that, seems to be the biggest complaint and I live in Fla
@@josephmendozajr8993 it hasn’t been a problem for me so far. On hot summer days last season, the heat was noticeable in stop and go traffic on my rear end, but nothing crazy.
@@OhioBladeandCutlery Gotya I have the v2 I’m 5’8 so it fit me more comfortably than v4 . I may have to revisit it :)
@@josephmendozajr8993 yeah I’m 5’7” and ended up lowering mine a little bit. Also got thick soled riding boots 😛
Had a ZH2 for a year and still get the same excitement. Spot on Yammie..
Love this segment
Man!!! Yam... your post credit scenes... priceless man. Just on point!
I have a base model M1000R, the white one. 22k out the door. You listed the price for the black competition package. I love this bike
Agree with the Kawasaki. I also like the Suzuki and probably being biased due to having a 2019 GSX-S 750 Also love the Yamaha MY-10. Never road the Triumph but I do love those Triples. As for the Duke, I had one for less than a year, the orange never grew on me and it ran great as long as it wasn’t in the shop. 🏍️
How's the gsxs 750 handle highway speeds, like 80-90mph for longer periods of time? If you ride it like that.
@@andreweggett1969 handle 80 to 90 with no problems at all. Most of the time when I am on the highway that’s the speed I am going.
Thanks for the response. It's a very serious contender for my next bike & I'm really hoping to buy something this year.
@@andreweggett1969 I bought mine in 2019, white with blue rims. I always liked 600 - 750cc bikes. I am 6’6” but I’m not heavy 178-180 pounds, 59 years old and love sport bikes. 4 years with this bike and zero issues. You can’t really go wrong with the Japanese 4 Kawasaki, Honda, Yamaha & Suzuki.
@troythevis4456 I'm happy to report I'm going to pick up my brand new 23' gsx-s 750 this morning & I'm incredibly excited. It's going to be a hell of an upgrade from my 06' shadow 750, thank you for helping with the choice!
JUST GOT A 2021 Z900 W 2100 MILES ON IT FOR 7998 LIFE IS GOOD!
AND ITS MY 3RD BIKE SORRY FOR ALL CAPS NOT TURNIN CAPS LOCK OFF FOR YT COMMENTS!!
@@SAINTCOOKS Have fun bro z900 is great!
I recently got the privilege of riding the Streetfighter V4S at a demo day and I freaking loved it. Super comfortable and fast AF. Only con is that insane price tag for the bike + maintenance. I'm currently saving my pennies for a ZH2 though
I had a 1st gen ktm 1290. Totaled it after ten days but omg that thing was great. Got a 2001 sv650 and paid off my college loans instead, but I will be getting another 1290 in a couple years. I was perfect for cruising and hooning at the same time. Highly recommend. And I heard the second, third, and fourth gens are all leaps and bounds better than the first gen. I just liked the looks of the first gen best.
The praise that the ZH2 gets made me get one for myself. Coming from an MT-10, I think this bike is incredible!
Need to review the new 1390 super duke. By all accounts it has a more refined feel compared to previous gen, like you mentioned.
Z H2 best bike I've ever owned. Wasn't ready for it. Might get another one in a few years with more experience under my belt, and if there is a refresh.
Spot on Yam, ZH2.
A few cheap mods and a reflash. You have mind blowing reliable great road bike and I swear you will get thrown out of a track day for doing 5 gear wheelies.
I own a M1000R, for $21,300 for the non competition is a great value for the performance. I may look for a used M set of rear sets or nice set of aftermarket rear sets. Then it'll be perfect.
If you get one of those bikes, I would go by emoting.
No1 for me - MT10, the noise m m m m, I put one in my garage, not to drive it, just to use it as musical instrument.
No2 for me - Tuono. What a rocket for money and sounds great.
No3 for me - Triumph, mean, sounds great, and its affordable.
Ducs - yeah nice bikes, but they have a bad service record and for the price I can get two MT10 - almost.
The KTM, lots of grunt and power, have you ever worked on one? Service costs are high just like Ducs.
Everyone likes the BMW but does not win the emotions contest, agree with you Yam.
Suzuki - if you’re looking for a bargain with a solid tried and true engine that will last you forever, next to the MT10, that would be it.
MV - it’s a collectors bike. You buy one to show off, to put it into your living room in a glass case, it’s like owning a Da’Vinci - it a piece of beauty, dare not scratch it.
But in general for all of them - if you never taken a track class, or a class period, if you don’t know how to ride, then it won’t matter.
Buy a Bicycle, you’re better off.
Someday until then I’m just loving my mt07
Oh yeah, and "XSR-1" would be awesome! I have an XSR900
Yammie is the reason I bought a z h2. He's not wrong.
LOVE THESE KIND OF VIDEOS YAM . KEEP MAKING GEMS LIKE THIS ONE
I own a 2021 Panigale V4s and a 2022 ZH2 SE. I love them both, but the ZH2 is definitely my favorite of the two. I've put 18k miles on it since I bought it new, but I've only put 6300 miles on the ducati. I got the H2s ecu tuned last year, and the power gains make it an absolute demon. Is it ugly? To some sure, but I stay comfortable on the seat even during multi-hour rides, can absolutely annihilate supersports at the twist of my wrist, it's not terrible in the corners and above all, that supercharger flutter is always a head turner.
You anticipated my gripe: there is no defense to ranking the Streetfighter 2nd and the M1000R 7th. I can't argue with your first choice, but I can't ride it, either, without damaging my neck.
As someone who has ridden both street fighters, it just feels more special, and it has a nice character.
The M1000r just feels bland, and the way it nannies you, it doesn't feel as pounchy or fast as other 200-hp nakeds. On paper, it is a great bike, but I fully understand why it's so low on the list, and Street Fighter 2nd in my option, Street Fighter v4, is literally the best motorcycle currently available; it does anything and lacks nothing.
“the way it nannies you”…not following this. Like any high-tech bike, if you don’t want the rider aids, you can turn them off. Could you please clarify?
@@JackPanitch-hy1ws
It's not about the rider's aids but how they function. A street fighter has the same rider's aids, if not better, but the bike doesn't feel as bland and castrated; even if you switch them off, you cannot change the power delivery or fueling.
The new BMW sports bikes feel to me like they always second-guess your choices and never trust you. The Ducati bikes feel like they have a telepathic connection with you, and the bike always does the things you do and trusts your choices.
For this reason, I never connected to my 2019 S1000RR and sold it after 2 months of ownership. It was so disappointing since I really loved the 2014 S1000RR I had.
@@Fearless154 Trust is a two-way street, except neither machine is sentient. I remember standing outside the Suzuki dealership, nervous, getting ready to ride a new GSX1000S home. There was an older guy standing around admiring the new bike, watching me gear up, and I told him I had never ridden this type of motorcycle before. His response was a big smile and the reassurance that it was just like any other motorcycle: the bike wouldn’t do anything I didn’t tell it to do. I tell myself there’s no magic except what we make through the poetry of riding. I just got to know how the bike reacts to my commands and make ever so small adjustments. Thank you for clarifying.
The GSX 1000 holds its value surprisingly well. Right now, a local dealer has a used one for sale..2013 , with 9,871 miles - $10,499
I’ve pondered over the KTM, Ducati and Kawasaki for a while now and it’s hard to not keep looking back to the ZH2. The ZH2 seems like such an audible and visceral experience and being a little on the ridiculous side is the whole point of hyper nekkeds.
The 1390 should have been number 1.
Ya know i'm hopefully about to buy a hyper naked. Something to replace the FZ1. Even though there's nothing wrong with the FZ. I was going to go MT-10, cause i've been a Yamaha boy these last 5 years. But you do make a good argument for the ZH2...
Ranks hypernaked bikes and proceeds to rank a bike low because it's a powerful torquey bike. Then ranks a bike he deems not the greatest for track or street use, No1 overall. Makes total sense. I'm betting they put bikes on a dart board to decide what place to put them in the video.
😂
he did say it was a subjective ranking but i get your point
Or they are sponsored
Your bike did not make it, sorry.
ktm wont let you hit bro
My daily bike is a 23 MY-10 that’s badass in my mind that’s number 1 because the only ones you picked over it are a street fighter V4s and the ZH2
10:23 My Steed. Low maintenance and it howls. So fun.
No one is always new superduke ...
No two is Z H2 .... !
No 3 is Aprilia tuono !
I have a white m1000r, it is a lot cheaper than the black version (cause black is all carbon + carbon wheels) but it is fully packed (stock) and has an adjustable camshaft and all electronic helpers you could wish for.
Respectable list. A) Good to see you can critique your picks. Every bike has pros and cons. B) Triumph speed triple: Maybe a great bike, but the headlights.. just NO!!! No, no, no... Part of owning a bike is the look-back appeal (without losing your lunch). C) I think the H2 is an awesome motorcycle, but... I would not own one. There has to be a balance of power and lean for a good ride. H2 has all the power, but leaning it into a curve? Seems like work with all the top-heavy weight.
I have a 2020 zh2...
Mine is tuned and intercooled.
You think it's fast from the factory???
You have nooooo idea!
I owned a built e85 tuned H2 that I went 211 mph with at the tx mile - I know it lol
As a Ducatista of course I don’t feel the ZH2 is in the same category, let alone in number one!! However when you factor in the price I can’t make no argument!!
For me the bmw is really good in this category, having ridden one, it’s chief’s kiss👌better than the streets fighter on being a normal rider!!as I’ve mentioned before in your comments I own a Panigale V4s and for me if I want that performance I want aggressive riding position with fairings!! But with bmw I’d take the single R over the double RR! The single R just feel better with that power output!!
I think you could probably shuffle that deck, but you had all the right bikes in it.
13:50 lol! you can take yammie off the turbo busa but you can't take the turbo busa out of yammie
if only they made naked turbo busas, a trailer park boy can dream.
My guy was just riding and made an error, happens to the best of us and not many people realise until it happens to them thats why many call it a "Learning Experience" So the one's making negative comments please chill with it...
SFv4S is best hands down. No competition
would personally fit the 1250 r, never rode it but seems like it accelerates like a rocket
It does
My real grievance with the Ducati versus the Aprilia was the electronics. And no fuel gauge? I mean come on! That’s just ridiculous. Aprilia’s electronics are just top notch and at such a price point. Though I think the Ducati looks better, I picked the Tuono V4 and I don’t regret it. So much fun! Yes, it does get a little sour waiting too long at stops and slow traffic. But man oh man! When you roll on that throttle and make it go, it’s just ridiculously satisfying.
ive had mt10, duke1290, and stv4s... The streetfighter is hands down the better bike. is the price tag worth it? maybeeeee not. in my opinion if youre only using it to ride on the street just pick ur favorite engine sound and color.... Youll never touch all they got on the street or track.
If Ducati can put cruise control on thr SFV4 lineup I’m 100% in.
Great for choosing Z H2.
The Z H2 is a badass bike! I want one.
Honda already made a street fighter style naked it's called CB1000 Hornet
Tuono is a blast to ride!
I agree I love my tuono v4, just took mine out yesterday for the first ride of the season after a crummy winter.
My next bike is forsure the 1390 ktm!
Lol good this is your list 🙈😊 the heavy straight way rocket ship wins the test? Well I understand the roads in USA is straight. But in Europe the z h2 is down on the list. I have ridden all 6 bikes on your top 10 list (from 6 to 1) and for me the list would be in total different order 😊 but nothing wrong with a different opinion 👍😊
Money is no object, but your first talking point is how much it costs... 0:50, 4:13
Good ranking, but its personal like he said, if i wanted a hyper naked i think i went for the Kawa to, but my stif 59 year old 6.5 ass is no longer suitable for this type of bikes 😩
Been watching for a few years and I’m surprised he hasn’t added a Zh2 in the stable
I think ZH2 always gets overshadowed by the mighty H2. It's an anazing bike with a freaking supercharger on a naked bike and runs like a missile.
I know this is the "yammi noob" channel but on what planet under any circumstances does the MT10 place top 3 in a hyper naked list? Above triumph amd aprilia no less? 🤯
A ducati streetfight V2? Hows about the MV Agusta Rush 1000?
Back years later and this guy is still making the same clickbait shit. Gotta respect the hustle.
Z H2 will always be king. Nothing like it, plus it’s so damn cheap you can get a second bike compared to other more expensive options
Just can’t get over the look of the zh2
I bought the M1000R.... Yes its awesome.... Damn it Yammie...
YAM PLEASE REVIEW THE APRILLIA 457!
APRILIA Tuono V4 1100...I DON'T consider it as a NAKED MOTORCYCLE..!!!!
It's looks and designs is literally a full-faired Sports motorcycles..🙄🤦🏻♂️
NAKED Bikes looks and designs are eg. SUZUKI gxr 1000R , DUCATI Street fighter V4, KAWASAKI ZH2 , SUZUKI SV650 these are really REAL NAKED BIKE with it's NAKED looks and designs...!!!!
APRILIA still they unable to built a PROPER NAKED BIKE...😅
I hope soon they will make one in these upcoming years...😊
Nowadays Naked Bikes leaving sports full -faired Bikes Behind in the form of HYPER NAKED BIKES....!!!!!
Great review, loved it. Of course the whole class is a bit ridiculous. Hard to use their fire breathing capability in the real world.
I will admit, I was pleasantly surprised when Yammie announced a Kawasaki as #1, I was thinking throughout the clip.. Why haven't you mentioned a Kawasaki yet 😅
The only thing that has kept me off of the ZH2 is the looks. I know they never will but I just wish they’d make it in a solid color instead of this black with highlights thing they have going on.
Can someone help me out I ride a r3 and I need tank grips but problem is my legs are not close enough to tank cutouts ( their right below them) I’m 5”9 and can’t figure it out 😂
What's the best bike for casual day-ride type stuff 2-up? I don't need lots of power, and don't want an enormous Goldwing type bike, I just tote the wife around.
I have to get the valves done on my Streetfighter V4S this summer 😢 and it ain't cheap. I'd still rather have the Ducati over the Kawasaki any day, the Kawasaki is too heavy.
I approve this list 👌
I am sad that the KTM didn’t make the top 3. It’s definitely wayyyy better than the MT10
Why does the super duke have a V twin? It should have a V4
How about a review on the smaller bikes for us geezers? And for those who don't like too much wind. Is Triumph still making triples?
8:45- Speed Triple.
Ride a well equipped b-king!
It will make you feel stuff...
Dude stop scaring us around every time you wrap up the video
U lost me at Ducati streetfighter, thing goes 2 miles on 1 gallon 😂
It really hurt that you put the mt10 above the Tuono. It’s a KNOWN FACT, the mt10 is the bike you buy when you’re too scared to buy an Aprilia or Ducati
SOUNDS like you maybe didn't actually ride a not-even-out -yet 1390 Superduke? Sorry if I misinterpreted. I'd like to know where you found one--I want to ride it after owning the V.1 and V.2.
Turbo Busa @13:51
ZH2 is ok in a straight line nothing else will never buy one again.
Not agreeing w the KTM in 6th place. It’s called the BEAST. For a reason. You need to ride it like u stole it, then it comes alive.
New gen styling is debatable.
I rode 8 out of ten in this showdown and the KTM is at or near top of list
Btw you left out the pricing of it. Just saying 😊
Streetfighter, Tuono Factory, Superduke before ZH2 and MT10. But to each his own.
You forgetting honda is gonna release the hornet 1000
ZH 2 gang
continental gt650 is the best 🖤
Day 900 of asking yammie opinion on mt09sp vs streetfighter v2
m1k is seen a lot in the dfw
That is bang for buck? Price and plus service costs for me.😅
This video should have been called:
"Top 3 hyper naked bikes and 7 other yokes" 😂
