Depends on the Pidgeot. Legends still talk about one particular Pidgeot that led a young boy from insanity and anarchy into becoming Pokemon Champion, ushering in a new era of Pokemon gods while striking down the False Dome. That Pidgeot was said to be nigh unstoppable.

I've used it well, but only because it is usually so bad. Super Luck + Razor Claw + Night Slash, Shadow Claw, or Psycho Cut will always crit in gen 6. Also using Mega Absol as a lead when you have another pokemon on your team commonly used as a lead and when you have another possible mega on your team will often have your opponent try to use the opportunity to set-up hazards on you. Let’s be practical and ask a few questions relevant to gen 7 OU. 1. Why use Suicune when Tapu Fini exists? A: Suicune has better physical bulk, better speed control, and of course, CroCune. 2. Why use Entei when Mega Charizard X exists? A: Entei has more HP, access to both Sacred Fire and Will-O-Wisp, wider coverage moves, and doesn’t take up a Mega slot. 3. Why use Raikou when Tapu Koko exists? A: You don’t.
Tapu fini gets iron defence and prevents status with it's terrain tho and entei and mega charizard X aren't really even comparable besides both being fire types while arcanine is lot more comparable to it.
Fair enough for Tapu Fini, but Entei has an oddly specific niche in OU that nothing short of Ho-oh can do, whereas anything Arcanine can do, something else in OU can do better.

Entei is my favorite legendary dog so I'm going to be sad to be reminded how bad he actually is. In his day he could've been a solid OU pick even with the overall weakness of mono fire type just by virtue of his solid stat spread - mixed attacking stats along with good bulk worked out really well in GSC since you didn't have to pick what stats to invest in or sacrifice anything for a boosting nature - if only he hadn't been cursed with such a terrible movepool. By the time the generations passed by and gave him some more useful moves the powercreep had already made his high stat total irrelevant with the number of ridiculous threats in the metagame, and mixed attacking stats are just much harder to work with since the reworked EV system and the addition of natures.
Raikou was always my favorite of the dogs. Please do Weezing after Entei! Also, just curious, how much of your time spent getting footage is used re-naming pokemon to their move sets?
Weather Ball Raikou in VGC '12 was fun during a time when Rain was common. Had my own Politoed and a Scarf Staraptor w/ U-Turn on the team as well. Managed to make 28th overall at Nationals, although I'd have to dig through old forum posts to find the team analysis.
Agreed to the Master Ball thing. I'm replaying Crystal on VC now. I've caught Suicune, the easy one, and am currently hunting Entei. I haven't even seen Raikou yet but based on the trouble Entei alone is giving me when I see it I'm M-Balling that forker. Nothing else is really worth saving the Master Ball for anyway.
So, i have a video suggestion that i'd like to hear you guys tackle- just in case you wanna break up the ACTUALLY format for a hot minute. What if... a pokémon had acces to 5 moves or god forbid 6. How hard would that break the pokémon meta currently and what insane and overpowered (possibly gamebreaking) sets could you run with this change? I'd love to hear some input as i'm only a casual pokémon player.

Raikou was the first legendary I caught in heartgold, without him I wouldn’t have beaten the elite 4
RAIKOU IS GENDERLESS, NOT A HE!
@@Amelia4111 Raikou seems like Male
Keeping at it, how good were electabuzz/electivire?
How GOOD Was The Fire Barky Boi Entei ACTUALLY?
You mean the lion?
freakofn99 yeah I just thought that was funnier
Zaphy oh yeah, fucking garbage, but a trio is a trio
@Zaphy you know it's bad when getting sacred fire doesn't save you...
*meowy boi
Entei next
How GOOD was Entei ACTUALLY?
Because best dad in pokemon deserves a chance.
Gwynplaine de Pétroleuse But Raikou isn't a dog.
LITTLE MAN raikou definitely looks the most cat like of the three. Entei barks so it’s a dog or at least a dog lion hybrid.
And Raikou even powers my hu for free letting my AC and heater run in the hot summer and cold winter and I can enjoy watching TV lol

Ignore Entei. Give us Golem.
Let's pull a johto starter trio again
How good was GOLEM ACTUALLY
Ehh... Golem isn't a starter, and it's not even from Johto.
Do marowak!!
12:51 I like how just mentioning Ferrothorn was enough to make you laugh lol
Weather Ball Raikou in VGC '12 was fun during a time when Rain was common. Had my own Politoed and a Scarf Staraptor w/ U-Turn on the team as well. Managed to make 28th overall at Nationals, although I'd have to dig through old forum posts to find the team analysis.
How good was Pidgeot ACTUALLY?
Maybe in UU for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire when it got its mega, PU for the rest of the Pokemon franchise's existence.
You got your wish.
Thanks👍.
"How GOOD was Ferrothorn ACTUALLY"
Frustrating to battle with
how good was arbok actually?
Now my fav doggo with a beard,
*How good was Entei ACTUALLY?*
How good was everyone's favorite dad, Entei, actually?
Same problem with most fire-types?
HOW GOOD WAS GOLEM
actually?
Queue:
-Entei
-Ditto
-Muk/Weezing
-Tangela/Magmar/Electabuzz
-Marowak
-Ninetales/Politoed
If I recall I know Politoed made some Poketuber rage.
I mean gen 8 remove hp but added Scald to raikou so FINALLY raikou can deal pretty well to ground types and cripple physicall walls with burns
How Good Was Beedrill Actually?
How good was WEEZING actually?
As everyone has said obviously Entei is next, but after that I would enjoy seeing a video about Hippowdon!
I know Entei is probably next but that doesn't stop me from asking for Jirachi.
How about entei next? Well its obvious its gonna be next
How good was marowak actually?
