I love the Lexus IS series. They’re so customizable. I was nervous about changing my side view mirror lights myself but I just took my time & the process was so easy.
I had ordered 10 pieces of white LEDs for my ‘09 ES350 from AliExpress and used 9 of them. Also just now watched your video second time and changed side mirror puddle lamp bulbs to white LEDs. Although I broke a couple of clips on the passenger side cover and had some trouble fixing back the mirrors, but got the job done. Thanks! It was quite helpful! 🤍🤍
Thankyou for making this man I've been looking for the correct LEDs for a while now so I just bought them after watching. Have you thought about replacing your turn signals on the mirrors to sequential ones?
I've got a lexus ES350 2010 model, would it be the same as your vehicle? 🤔 i did try rapping the side mirror but was worried it might just break instead 🙂 any tips?

This worked on my 03 ls430 except the back part of the mirror doesn’t need to come off

Should be the same. I was worried it was going to break but I didn’t. Just take it easy doing it

Hope you’ve done it by now. I just did on my ‘09 ES350. It’s 98% the same.
When i try to put the side mirror back on i can snap the bottom tabs back into the mechanism
Not sure, maybe check if something is blocking it from closing right
I have an RX 450h and the mirrors almost the same
Man my screws are locked tight and theyre stripped. Crazy. One is rusty and the other two are tight as hell.
