100% agreed. I think a lot of us were rightly cheering him on, and plenty are still doing so, but to completely cut off any communication about his previous big project “Merge” and not even go into the details of what happened with it after a year of hyping it and hiring staff and telling people to come and offering services and packages on his website (still on there BTW), selling vendor spaces, etc. Now he has the nerve to try and sell people on “eco” lake front properties without even a proper business plan? People are gullible on UA-cam and will spend their life savings on the beliefs of “influencers” who have no project management skills, no “team”, no business plan…just dreams. It’s clear after looking at the documentation he linked to that he has no idea what’s he’s doing. This place seems to be most suitable for retirees since younger folks can't live in Tanzania for an extended period of time without obtaining a resident visa. The only way they can get a resident visa is by owning a business or an NGO. The cost of a resident visa for an NGO is reasonable, but not for a business owner.
Yes, it depends on the size but we are looking to eventually offer options for building on plots people are buying. I can't say the price on here just yet but soon I will have some blueprints and options for people to choose from. I can say However that it's not that expensive if done right
Hello Again Mark! So sorry to hear that the center will be closed down; it was looking beautiful!! Hopefully you can rent or lease it out to a responsible group. I hope you’ll be opening a center there as well. Tell us more about the new land and info on the plot sizes. Keep up the good work Mark! ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾
Before and Right after Independence of Tanganyika, Kenya and Uganda there were ship and ferry services that plied the entire Lake Victoria circuit connecting Mwanza, Bukoba in Tanganyika , Kendu Bay, Kisumu Kenya and Entebbe, Jinja Uganda but the services collapsed due to political interference mostly from Kenya and Uganda . Both Kenya and Uganda struggle with Ethnic Chauvinism and corruption and depending on who runs their governments projects are not seen as national but regional . If a project is outside the region of politicians running government it is typically sabotaged unlike Tanganyika where Ethnic Chauvinism is shunned and therefore projects can get national support even from politicians outside a region . Because of its strategic location Mwanza has benefited from Tanzania government attention .

Hey Mark like your videos. Out of all the places you visited in Africa which is your least favourite and which is your most favorite and why. God bless
I would have to say that my most and least favorite is Tanzania at the same time that it has given me many good things, it has given me many terrible things as well. But the sweet fruit that the tree bears must first pass through the stinging dung. But I liked each place for different reasons. For example, I was very happy in south africa and it felt good being able to easily interact with people and being around people who seemed more familiar in some ways. Zambia was nice because of someone I knew and Uganda was a wonderful variation of Tanzania but without the language barrier. And malawi was good for its peaceful atmosphere.
Greetings Mark, the place looks lovely, glad you going the eco route as tis more sustainable. Please don;t forget that we also have a Divine Mother, Our Fathers Spouse & She came 1st, so do make mention of her, as we make our transition back to Matriarchy. As it was in the beginning so shall it be in the end. Patriarchy is destroying the planet hence the rise of the Divine Feminine to balance Divine Masculine......peace I look forward to seeing this new project on my next visit. After all your hard work at the 1st 1 I do hope you keep it, maybe rent it on air bnb or something...keep up the amazing work you do your a true visionary...
When you say "our" transition back to Matriarchal, has Mark shared knowledge of his African ethncity and do you share the same? Because Africa isn't monolithic neither were the minimum 20 different ethnic groups taken from Africa.
