Don't forget to have Batteries as a backup hooked up to the Solar panels to stay off-grid and for emergencies. It a required must if you want convenience.
You guys are so right because I tried to show my son how to generational wealth and took 6,600 from me I’m still hurt. I was about to come and look in to land and everything. That was the second time trying to help someone. I had to stop and listen to my higher self call on the most high I found what blessing that was giving to me, was for me. I'm so glad that you have the solar power. I have seen large warehouses being powered by solar energy.
I actually run my house on solar as well, I have a full system that powers the entire house, but I am an electrician by profession so I am at home with this kind of stuff. You asked about the first use of solar panels, it actually started with orbiting satellites; bear in mind that you could not use a gas powered engine to power a satellite because the gas would run out at some time and how would you be able to refill the gas tank? So the decision came up that why not use solar energy seeing that the sun will always be there. And in space there is no night and day, the sun is always present, so it became the fuel of necessity.

@@_T3andMe I've heard of potatoes, eggplants, and other like veggies having electric properties. They must be raw I was told. They do not emit large amounts but with wire, thin metal and a grounding rod of iron, you can make a light conductor or enough electricity to dimly light a small room. I used a potato 🥔 years ago to help my daughter do an experiment for school. I saw some ways at the museum in the 90's.

Add another panel of 50W to avoid under charging your battery. I thought the solar kit was done by a Professional!! Anyway that battery will take more that 12hrs of sun shine to be fully charged using that single solar panel hence shortening your battery life.
Or change to 100W solar panel. What size is a solar charger controller.?
Considering btn 5 to 7 hours of sun shine a day. Average is 5 hrs of good sunshine. In Tanzania

The more solar panel wattage the quicker your battery will charge. The battery wattage is what will power your appliances. I have a 1500 wattage generator (same as a battery). I got it to power my refrigerator or freezer in a emergency.
