As it is now, imagine trying to cook a home cooked meal but being so far from a local supermarket. They should be careful not to copy the west too much or they will have the same problems as us. Plan your cities out to fit the people’s practical needs and still have amazing architecture! I believe it will definitely become the one of the most luxurious communities that rivals places in the west. A tourist destination.
The only thing wrong is that they are allowing foreigners to buy houses in Tanzania. If this neighbourhood was accessible to Tanzanians, this would be an excellent thing
Well sorry that's the case honestly but some of us aren't experiencing it, so are you telling me we must motivate an African child by showing him poverty and not potential of what he was born to be??? I'm an African and wealth and kingship were transferred to my bloodline years ago until a white man stripped it all from me because let's be real, we are kings and Queens and owners of land, for farming or grazing or building on it
These homes are so beautiful. And they're located on such a beautiful place. Zanzibar is on my bucket list for sure. The $490K properties make sense. But $12,000,000 USD is a little ridiculous, even for how nice the house is.
@@MzeewaUjiji Do you know Côte d’Ivoire? Before telling rubbish spend some time to know what you talk about. Which country is not handled by foreign governments? Instead of writing this kind of rubbish try to use your brain 🧠
You are an Indian. Your country has enacted laws to drive out entire African groups from your country. This is not a good. Africa should be for Africans. However, this particular part of Zanzibar has been opened to foreigners to lease residential land. This a terrible error by John Magufuli. Julius Nyerere and Kaunda had laws in their countries barring this sort of thing, and they must be rolling in their graves, as they see the land of the black Africans being sold piece meal to foreigners
I think this is one of the best of the best estate I’ve so far seen in Africa. No open drainages, pedestrian walkways, big yards & no yards where one can’t see through inside. Well done developers & good on you Tanzania
Tanzania could become like the Kenya which has been cut up, carved and sold in pieces. Tanzania is the greatest country in Africa precisely because Julius Nyerere and his best friend Kenneth Kaunda of Zambia, established laws barring foreigners from possessing residential land in their countries. John Magufuli sadly relaxed the beautiful law in Fumbwa Zanzibar, where as the corrupt successor of Kaunda in Zambia, wrote laws that practically neutered the law that barred foreigners from being able to lease residential land in that country. This shows that it is not enough to have conscious and progressive leaders, the population itself needs to be engaged and educated so that it can protect its own interests when the good leaders are not there anymore.
Tanzania has always been blessed with great political leaders from the time of Julius Nyerere; a consistent economic and political stability make the country different from the rest of Africa

Very beautiful!
Beautiful!! What is lacking there is shade - there are no trees!!! I'm Kenyan and everywhere in Kenya are trees or some sort of vegetation.
You can see there are trees but they're not mature yet because this is a relatively nee development. You cabt compare old neighborhoods to a new develoment. Give it another 2-5 years and the trees will fill in
Nope. Kenyan urban setting is mostly composed of concrete jungles. Ugly apartments with cabro and concrete walls.
Go to 8:30
Watching from Uganda and it is very inspirational
Would like to see a video on Masaki like this
Fun fact still most Tanzanians 🇹🇿🇹🇿 even the rich ones like to build their own houses The real estate mostly attracts the diaspora and foreigners
True and that's why real estate I'm TZ is not that huge like in Kenya and Rwanda
@@MrNoNonsenseYes Kenyan real estate is huge but of low quality.
@Jacaranda Pwahaha let me jus laugh
@@MrNoNonsenseYes Laugh some more. I'm rarely impressed with the low-quality concrete jungle that Kenyan real estate is. Zero nature. No unique architecture and designs, small units. Just not my thing.
It's massive because it keeps sprawling everywhere, but usually nothing unique. Same ol', same ol' flats in concrete compounds.
@@jacaranda100 Dude you don't know what you're saying, there's only 2 or 3 countries in Africa that can compete with Kenya when it comes to real estate, I'm not gonna argue with a fool, to do that I'll be proving I'm a fool too, so let me just rest it right here, bye 🫡
Guy, you are a genius.
I love it. But that place looks like flooding could be a issue with very bad weather. I have seen many floods in the island. So yeah am not sure about this
Beautiful Tanzania.
Another over inflated African REI market. I like it. However, the price gouging is ridiculous considering the lack of local/regional amenities to reflect the prices.
Love it, i love their president also… how is the electricity and internet speed i would like to visit as someone who is working from home
It’s great as well
Nice villas but what about the social services in the area! Supermarkets, clinics, pharmacies, name them. I didn't see any of them.
Last time when i took the boat from Dar to Zanzibar i saw this on the right
Beautiful but me personally I'm not a fan of estate houses that look the same..
Pesa wanazoziiba Tanzania bara wanazipeleka huko kujijengea maisha ya kifahari, wazanzibari washenzi. Mama Samia anatakiwa aondolewe madarakani
Hahahahaa😂😂
Beautiful properties but the most impressive thing about this was that the developer was also African. 🙏🏾
please show us the houses and the price in funmba, inside the building that of 300k 400k 500k
Ya I did that
This is looking very good. I might buy a house there in Zanzabar. My daughter has a condo there
Something like this should be in abuja
Very beautiful! I’m obsessing more and more over Africa now! The beaches, resorts, scenery and everything is breathtakingly outstanding!!! 🌍🛖🐘❤️💚🖤💛
Clear and very good camera work
