Richard Allen goes to the police ON HIS OWN ACCORD with a truthful alibi saying he was in the park that day saw people, not the girls, and honestly gives a description of himself and his car.
RON LOGAN's alibi turns out to be a lie, lied about being at a fish store (He was not there till after 5) then lies about being at a Pizza Parlor on video (didn't happen until March) then lies about being at the dump (was there at 12:30) Gets his cousin to lie about being with him at 2pm. This call to his cousin is at 9am. Girls not found until 12:15. How does he know they are going to be found dead in his back yard and not just lost or pranking?
He is at home at 2pm according to FBI cell tower data -phone is moving. Yet he will admit to driving which gets him a 4 year sentence. (served only 2) ANYTHING except being at home at 2pm. He wouldn't have done 1 day in jail if he had just told the truth about being at home. But for some reason he is TERRIFIED of that.
Ask yourself. Those girls could have been killed ANYWHERE under the bridge without having to cross freezing waist deep water in Feb. Who does that? How about a guy who knows he will be home in just a short walk?
