He corroborated the van spooking him on his own and covering them with branches. Ejection marks from firearms are unique, all you need to do is simply google fired vs unfired ballistics and be educated.

      @falcosirrus8620 13 днів тому

      To use a third party defense you have to have some good evidence, because you could be accusing innocent people. For example, the blood stain is described as a symbol by the defense, but it is just a blood stain that looks kind of like a letter. It is not proven to be a symbol. The sticks on the bodies are not proven to be runes, let alone Odinist runes. The Odinist people they point at are not proven to be in the area at the time. One had an alibi of work and phone analysis showed another was 120 miles away on the day of the murders. There is no evidence the Odinist guards have any connection to the victims or the other so called Odinists. It was just a load of info bundled together by a clever defense team but not enough to make accusations as a third party defense.

    • @songbirdy
      @songbirdy 13 днів тому

      There was no symbol written in blood. The arrangement of the sticks was not part of a ritual. I saw the diagrams when Paranormal Files did this story. There were diagrams of Odin rituals and diagram of how the sticks were placed on the bodies. It took a very long stretch of the imagination to coincide all of this. Besides, RA confessed to putting sticks on them to conceal their bodies. Same with blood on tree. Nothing.

    Hopeful an appeal occurs so that RA gets a fair trial away from Delphi LE and Gull.
    The case was mishandled I terms of not testing the hair samples in the girls’ hands, not interviewing Libby’s mom, not properly investigating (and allowing for the defense to present these findings) Elvis Fields, Brad Holder, Ron Logan, Keagan K., and Shane Evans. The timing of crime with phone data, the erratic phone data (pinging at 4a), Abby’s clean hands, the open area of the crime scene (not remote), the staged appearance of the girls vs covered in leaves, etc. There is definitely grounds for reasonable doubt. Humbly accertion: this case needs taken further away from Delphi with additional Defense assistance (eg Andrea Burkhart).

The jury had no opinion going in. They asked intelligent questions. They were plugged in to getting it right. Lots of Podcasters took people on a ride and got people riled. Burkhart should know better but she's an appellate lawyer and it's her job I guess to be critical of lower courts. But she works hard to impress followers for whatever reason. Just wait till the jurors get home and see everything they were not allowed to see during trial. I’m curious if their opinion changes. The judge is somehow connected to some sort of cover up. Even if it’s a cover up of how shitty this whole thing was handled. She should’ve stepped off this case to ensure there would be a fair trial. She obviously had some sort of beef with the attorneys and it was too messy to be a verdict I could go to sleep at night and be happy about it. I’m not saying he didn’t do it. I’m saying this man didn’t get fair treatment or a fair trial and he appears factually innocent outside of his own words saying things under extreme duress. Too much doubt to convict someone beyond a reasonable doubt.

When Richard Allen told police, first interview, that he was there between 12.00 and 1:30 p.m. he's putting himself outside of the girls time frame. Then on the second interview he says that he was there between 1:30 and 3:30 because of needing to deal with the camera filming his vehicle and eye witnesses seeing him. He tells them that he was wearing what bridge guy was wearing but that he is not the image on the girls' cell phone. He tells them that he was sitting on the bridge, looking at fish, so he puts himself there, in the time frame that the girls would be there, but he denies seeing the girls or the bridge guy. At the scene of the crime at the time of the crime. That's not unreasonable.
