I was literally talking with my Psychologist a few hours ago about the importance of raising awareness for Endometriosis. Thank you for opening up about your experience. I have it too and it has been debilitating for years, but under control with the pill now. I hope you find what works for you. ❤
Hey! What a beautiful video. I started crying at the endometriosis part because I wasnt expecting that. I am struglging with my endometriosis a lot right now so I felt so seen and less alone
Just a very random fun fact: Água Viva translates to 'water that is alive' but it's also how we call jellyfishes here in Brazil and I think it makes the title even more mysterious and whimsical, just like Clarice (that was not born in Brazil but grew up and lived her whole life here).
@@sheslittlerookie. I actually really like my semantic choice to use "water that is alive" for "água viva". Idk, "alive water" sounds so strange to me and, even though I'm not 100% proficient in english, I'm a Letras (português e inglês) major so I had to give myself some credit and trust my gut on this one. Futhermore, linguistic choices are not always about the "easiest" way. If it was the case, poetry would not exist. E, po, que comentário de síndrome de viralata do kct mano kkkkkkkk muita pentelhagem brasileiro vindo corrigir besteira em comentário de outros brasileiros.
Dear Quirine, I hope you will get better soon! I’ve worked about 5 years as a doctor assistant in gynaecological centre(in Amsterdam) and used to see plenty of endometriosis cases as it is a common disease unfortunately. Luckily there are so many treatment possibilities that provide a great result, help to really slow down further development of endometriosis and just co-live with it without many inconveniences and being able to plan a family in the future. My heart goes to you, this is a hard thing to face at the first gynaecologist appointment. I hope your inner strength and creative mind will help you through this journey. Everything will be great! 🌸 Veel succes!
Yes I heard 1 in every 10 woman has it, that’s so bizarre! Especially that’s it not more commonly known. They advised the pill to me as treatment so far but unfortunately it gives me really bad ocular migraines so I have to see if there’s another way for me 🥲 but we’ll see! Thank you for your kind words! 🥰
I'm sorry for you that it happened to you too. When you described the pain I knew where it goes. I was diagnosed 5 years ago, had a surgery and now i'm on hormone pills, so I went all this way too. I know it's scary, especially abroad, but the good news is that they knew what endometriosis even is! (during my first two medical exams I heard that this pain is my "beauty" as a woman, later I was told that this is a cancer 😵) Wish you all the best and I hope everything will turn out fine. Hugs! ❤
A new vlog from Quirine 😍😍😍 Not gonna lie when you desbribed your symptoms I was like "oh no, it sounds too familiar" and unfortunately I was right. From what I've heard statistically it takes 10 years to detect endometriosis... Thankfully you and I were the lucky ones to get diagnosed quickly. Also I saw your Instagram reels with apartament makeover and I was so impressed. It looks beautiful!!!
I heard this too😢 honestly heartbreaking. I think in Italy endometriosis is very normalized so in that sense I am lucky I’m here! But it’s terrible the symptoms are dismissed so often with so many women
I just got here from instagram! Hadn’t even realized you have a channel here but yayyy 😍 pleaseeee make fashion videos too! Like clothing hauls and outfits etc
Hi! I'm from Vietnam and just came across your video. It was great! I just wanna say that I could watch you by the tree, the lake, the dog and journal then read books for hours. And with insane view !!! Thanks for sharing such a view, that's just give me more energy, nature energy I guess. Keep up with the editing!! Have a great day!
I started following your Instagram and when I saw a full length video, I was so happy ! Your content makes me so relax and I loved all your recommendations. I hope you feel better soon and get treatment ! ❤
I hope you feel better soon, send you good vibes ❤ thanks for share another video❤ by the way I am from the south of Spain and the summer it's so hot, I don't understand why people from north europe come here in holidays😂 it's like going to hell😂 I am Leo, so I like to dramatize hahah (also it's true🥵)
Hahaha, if you have rain and cold weather all year it’s a nice change!! Especially if you have to do nothing all day. Now I’m experiencing ‘normal’ life with this weather and it’s a bit more intense I have to admit 😅
Hi, love your videos Hope the move has gone well so far I’m thinking to move to Italy, but would be grateful for some advice. Would it be possible to have a chat please ?

I read this in the introduction of the book! So interesting how this one came about, so many mysteries surrounding what she intended with it!
as brazilian I think is more easy to say *'alive water'* than 'water that is alive', although jellyfish as the usual too
