The golden era was 2007-2012, when COD was ACTUALLY enjoyable. Yes they're was some good COD titles but nothing will replace the golden era!

just gonna say back then when cod ou or cod 2 on pc modded was the shit.. actually there was a zombie mod that i often think is what maked call of duty devs launch the frist official zombies mode.

OG Modern Warfare trilogy will always be the best to me because of its story. You could literally connect with the characters
I started Playing Cod way back in 2009 with MW2 But even Cod4 WAW are right up there with it. 2007-2012 was truly a special time. I would stay up late, playing online with friends. And I'd always meet new friends through the game, and we would play together making new memories going into private matches with other randoms and just having a blast I miss those days.

my first shooter games was SOCOM on ps2 then i got a ps3 and started with mw2 didnt like mw3 or ghosts but bo2 was my absolute favorite had 10000 hours on that game.

19:00 why everyone seem to forget that MWIII has best core MP post-launch support of all time? Like, we had 15 new maps in which only 3 of them are used from other games, and these maps didn't recieve such bad reception as Piccadilly, Euphratese Bridge, or Border Crossing

my first ever cod was the original MW3 but i will say my best cod is b02 im so excited for b06 since its a sequel to b02 and so far it seems cod is coming back with it

The first game I played was Bo2 at a friend's then MW'19 at a friend of my mom's then warzone 1 then cold war then Bo3 then warzone 2 the MW2(2022) then CODM then a free trial of MW3 (2023) then warzone 3
They need to bring back the special editions with cool things like the RC-XD

1:48 Also CoD2 was biggest graphic improvement in whole history of the franchise, creatibg a brand new engine, establishing new API and many next-gen technolgies for that time, Advanced Warfare or MW19 weren't such big improvements as CoD2

I would say that mw3 is a massive step in the right direction despite it being a dlc for mw2 basically. I would say that its the best game out of the past 5. good movement good guns good maps ( new and old) and a good perk system. the zombies is different but good imo. and i do agree the campaign sucks. but overall its a good game. at least to me
Hot take the cod betas are the fine tuned finish product and then the actual game releases and it's the unfinished prior version. That's why we always love betas and hate the actual release.

The golden era of cod starts with the original modern warfare and ends with infinite warfare and ghosts sucked beyond expectations, black ops 4 only stands out because of blackout and I really enjoy playing blackout on cod mobile

Cod should make a ww1 and ww2 game like first ww1 but then it suddelny goes to ww2 multiplayer would have all stuff but there are two multiplayer systems first one total war hundered player server with teams of 50 battle a unlimited time second mode world war select the country to fight for or rebel and create your own country every country is at war and there are territories the world map
Im not into the futuristic games even I have owned every cod at somepoint. Another future game would brake my streak. Plus NCAA Football is back.
