I prefer them without akimbo, that thing if you aim to the core let you use the recoil to get headshot. It's my fav secondary on plutonium (mp9 is a close one as well)
Oh the legendary sweat lords weapon, feels like yesterday.. The cool thing abt past cods is that, there wasnt nearly as many tryhards, so eventhough we had op guns, it wasnt that much of an issue
@@GutaIcast Yes that's something I can say. Like the ACR 6.8 on old MW3 and the scar were OP as hell and I remember that still people didn't used them like a lot. I saw PPBizon players, all LMG players, Spas 12 players even assault shield and pistol players. The good old days man I missed those
The fact IW was in this video for most BROKEN gun and the PROTEUS wasnt brought up is a crime. in hardcore, if someone was anywhere on your screen, you literally just shoot and kill every player in front of you regardless if they were behind a wall or not. that gun is the MOST BROKEN GUN IN COD HISTORY
Pre nerf razorback needs a mention. It was literally next to the vesper of being that broken. I remember Ali-A doing a video on it and the day later everyone used it
What sucks about overpowers weapons nowadays is that all the sweats melt lobbies with it and by the time the casual players find out about and then they have to level up their weapons it gets nerfed into the ground
@@SpeedyKhaledGD this never happened in the old ones. there were no live updates for games so it initially had to be good, the code was written and launched as-was, which is why guns used to be very balanced. The way it used to work was every gun had its own advantage and disadvantage and you picked your favorite and learned how to be best with it.
COD Mobile used to be a nightmare of too much OP guns like the P2W HBRa3, S36, MSMC, PDW-57, Akimbo Fennec and Akimbo Deagles, NA-45, MX-9 from BO3 and etc. Can you make a video on it?
7:40 I'd probably argue that the brecci was more overpowered, probably one of the most obnoxious shotguns to exist, especially because of jitter mods on controller.
Maybe I'm misremembering about BO2, but I remember the Peacekeeper being an almost must buy dlc due to how absurdly strong it was. No recoil, good damage even from mid/long range, and Rapid fire really wasn't even needed.
In cod mobile the most OP weapon is fennec (vector), And that gun already quite OP since first released. even after get nerf, the gun still dominated the meta
Idk man PDW in BO2 on launch was great but imo it didn’t hold a candle to the select fire FAL on launch, a full auto weapon that does 50 damage per shot with no range reduction was insane and Treyarch had to gut select fire because of it
The crown for most OP weapon most go to the model 1887. Like Marleythirteen says so well in one of his Old videos “a shotgun with the range of a f*cking ballistic missile”. But MW2 was just a clusterfuck of OP weapons. Spas-12, G18 akimbo, raffica akimbo, UMP-45. But man i miss the peak of that game, so much fun and nostalgia Great video btw! Love your content!
I swear, some of these broken weapons are actually my favorites For Infinite Warfare, the OSA sucked for me, I would've replaced it with the NV4 or R3K, I was a beast with those weapons
Literally the second most op gun was the proteus sniper shotgun hybrid. Go in Hardcore and hipfire one guy and get a few more kills that you didnt even see at all. Literal aimbot and I remember it being patched within a day I think
With the budget and studio size that COD has, there shouldn't be any broken guns at launch, they should be tested properly and balanced before the game releases.
I played a LOT of warzone with the buddies in lockdown and we started since warzone started and ended with caldera, the DMR was by far the most overpowered gun in the entire game since it took like a month to get nerfed and you could beam people with a super fast semi auto rifle that 2 tapped to the head. I’ll say that since I have a really good trigger finger I was frequently squad wiping teams of 4 by myself.
I personally thing the CW aug meta was worse. Every gunfight came down to who shot first, because one burst above the stomach would kill, and the fire rate was beyond crazy
What pissed me off about the mp40 so much (and these clips are bringing back the memories) is how people don’t even freaking need to ads. They just slap on extended mags and jugg, hold down the trigger and aim in your general direction. I only played cods 4-BO1 but this always felt like the most overpowered gun, relative to the others in its own game.
The irony that every Treyarch game the most broken gun was an SMG, because lets be honest if it werent for the Stingray, the Spitfire (mix between the Vesper and VMP from BO3) or the Saug 9mm probably would have taken the cake for BO4. And then on top of all of that in the BO6 beta, the Jackal and Tanto dumped on everything else in the game.
I remember when the CR-56 AMAX first got added. I built a class in private match and three shotted a bot from across hackney yard. I’m pretty sure it got nerfed within the same week or the week after so it never really got a chance to wreak havoc like it could have with basically no damage drop off. Was still a top tier assault rifle after the nerf though.
There are some ones you could add in here Bo1: Famas Mw3: Mp7, akimbo Fmg9s Bo2: Lsat target finder, Dsr pre patch ghosts: thermal m27 iw: nv4, titan, kbar, proteus pre patch, models Bo4: strobe light sg12 Mw2022: taq v Mw2023: mcw
I remember that sniper that shoots shotgun shells in infinite warfare, it was so broken that they patched it in less than a day if I remember correctly
BO4 literally every dlc gun. The stingray was a 2 shot kill with the explosives, the green semi-auto "sniper" was the quickest ads and was "The" sniper for hardcore mode quickscoping, but also a 2 shot regularly, peacekeeper as always one of the best guns in general. All behind the loot system where you couldn't even pay to buy. I remember hardcore on Grind getting lit up hard by the stingray and not being able to do anything about it. Eventually I had all 3 of them and I forget if there was a 4th besides melee weapons, but it was not fun when everyone had it but me.
The "The most op weapon is the obsidian steed" and then proceeds to play a clip of the gun missing every shot might be the best thing i saw today, btw I personally think that the insanity was better just because the first bullets that it shoots went faster and thus giving more advantage on 1 on 1 situations. Loved the video
I’d say for mw3 you have a lot of options other than longbow like mcw, rival 9,mors, launch karambit with that disgusting lunge, f2000 aftermarket part, rennetti akimbo, the models pre patch, mtz intercepter, beta striker like so many op options I wouldn’t consider the longbow op
Gotta say a few things about the old CoD Metas: Cod4 M16 was broken because you either were able to play Juggernaut (more HP) or stopping power (mire damage) but most people played SP because it allowed for faster 1burst kills with the M16 and any other weapon. If people played Jugg they'd tank up to 4 shots from the M16 but deal less damage MW2 had many OP things resulting in everyone having mostly OP loadouts MW3 ACR6.8 and MP7 were so outrigt broken and beloved that the Devs didnt nerf it despite being the BY FAR most played guns with zero recoil, infinite range and insane damage but they stayed unnerfed forever. Imo its the reason why the people fell in love with the ACR and MP7 for many more games to come
might as well mention another cod which is codm, which the most broken weapon changes a lot. But the most broken on launch was the akimbo fennecs. The current one would be the MG42
You’re slightly wrong about the AW guns, yes they were hidden behind supply drops but they were guaranteed to every player as rewards once the master prestiges came out.
Another thing about the mp40 in waw was that if you took any of the other smgs that it beat out and put them in modern cod. They'd be the most dominant guns in the game. Also, you forgot that the mp40 with stopping power was a osk to the head.
Old COD 4 AK-47 was way more powerfull than the m16a4 2 Hit across the whole map and once you get used to recoil u will win every gunfight against a m16a4 theres a reason why the ak47 was the standard esport Assault rifle back in the days
I remember getting shot through walls across the map by the AS Val when playing Team Defender. It was the most broken gun ever. I almost thought someone was using wall hacks.
Crazy how no one mentioned the pre-patch proteus from IW which literally had aimbot. All you needed was the enemy hitbox to be in your field of view to hit them
Ah yes, the Obsidian Steed. I unlocked it within my first week of playing AW on my new account and stuck with me as I got better and used other guns for more balanced gameplay.
I would say that BO2's FAL is the most broken weapon (but you need a lot of skill) and in MW 2019 I would say that the most broken weapon was the M4 in the first months of the game
That asval wasnt talked about much. That gun had the bullets that shot across the map and on S&D you HAD to lay on the ground the second the round started
The Whitley i. Vanguard was way more powerful, when it released it was an lmg that could kill in two bullets. Combine it with fmj and piercing vision and it was the most broken thing in the game
Aside from the M16 I never remember a gun being overly imbalanced in a Call of Duty. For me and alot of other players you would just pick the gun you liked the most and felt the best to you and you could have fun with it. Now you have to be on top of what's the new META this week, what got buffed, what got nerfed, what attachments are broken, what has this hidden ability, you can't just pick the gun you like and have fun with it, there's 0 uniqueness anymore. mw2 the whole game was OP, that was the rule back then. Ump, AK, Scar, Aug with grip, most shotguns... Even the m9 with silencer had 3 to 2 shots to kill
