I went from an unmotivated obese high school dropout to a top achiever in college and lost 32kg of weight (and counting) in just over a year. All because I decided I was fed up one day and took a first step.

You don’t have to get ready if you stay ready.
    Show up for yourself.
The answer is always no if you don’t ask.
Rejection is just redirection with better information to move forward.
List the outcomes you don’t want in life and constantly consider if the choices you are making get you closer to Tier 1 or the undesirable tier.
Not everyone is cut out to achieve Tier 1 status but those who are here have better potential.
    Greatness is coming ✨

Recently felt the sting of corporate betrayal by my first tech company. Felt like shit a bit ago thinking about the amount of time I've got left to achieve all those things I want to. This video is do damn on time.

Man im on my journey to beat acne. 5 years of creams cleansers heathy lifestyle working out but still getting acne ( for the most part they were mild and only bottom part of the face). It’s so unfair especially since all my mates don’t have it. This year it got so much worse, I m now living in isolation, no social contacts cuz I don’t want people to see this version of me. I finally started accutaine 5 weeks ago, after initial improvements I’m now into purge stage and getting redness from even 1 min under the sun( even tho I avoid it at all costs). I know that eventually my face will clear up but damn it’s gonna take 5-8 more months… I can’t overcome the phantom regret that haunts me that I havent gone on accutaine earlier. The situation is bad because I’m finishing university this year and it pains me to think that acne ruined my youth cuz I was too insecure to talk to people cu of acne, haven’t taken the opportunities I should have taken. Apart from that I think I got good genetics + I’m fairly competent as for my age but this acne ruins confidence like nothing else, people who never had acne will never understand…
Guys if you have serous acne problem, chances are nothing but accutaine is gonna help you. Don’t waste time nerves and money on other stuff. Save yourself before it’s too late 😢

I just pray that by 3 months mark in September things at least gonna become a bit better so I can go to uni….

I don’t have any friends or close family anymore. Never dated around or enjoyed my 20s at all being in chronic pain and disability. I lost my faith which made me a strong person before. But I’m also on the path as well. We all have to die. Best to die doing the best we can.
For me fitness is the first step. Once I get my health back. I stopped thinking about the past because I don’t recognize myself anymore. My childhood version would not recognize me. I think I'm in Tier 2 at the moment, I'm planning on sticking to it for the rest of the year and move on to Tier 1 in 2024.
I really believe that I want to take my time with training to getting use to the training regime, get consistent over a long period of time. Then move on . But I'm also wondering if it's really my belief, or just a way to procrastinate.
I've been on Tier 2 for 4 months. Tier 2 for me means waking up at 6Am, training at 6:30 am 5 days/week and going to bed early

You have so much shiny energy today. So immersed and smart.
I wonder if you reach dhyana often.
Maybe one day you become a master of samadhi. Your Path seems to be one of divine inspiration and hard work.
    Totally love your stuff.
