This is the ONLY video that really explain how to get those Inner panels off of a recent JK 4 Doors. I searched for a whole month and none of the other videos helped!!!
Daniel Kehler you are truly welcome! I had trouble myself until I figured it out. Just trying to save others the hassle of figuring out how to disassemble these crazy doors lol. Thanks for your kind comment.
Nice.. i presume it's the same for driver door. If there is a dent on the door, can you see it once we remove that second panel? Is the steel we see after removing that last panel is the door itself? Or is it some second layer of steel..(hope not) were you able to put the panel back without leaving gasp in the seal, or do we have to reseal the whole thing with new glue/silicone..if we want factory perfect seal.
reef Gratos should be able to see the dent. I pushed one out of mine. No need to reseal. It will seal itself good with what is already on the door. It actually doesn’t have to have anything. Thanks!
¡Gracias! ¡Orgulloso de que lo hayas disfrutado! Me alegro de haber podido ayudar. ¡Buena suerte! Thank you! Proud you enjoyed it! Glad I could help. Good luck!
So! I have summer frame mirrors it's winter and I was putting my power mirrors back on. I fished the wore and all was well until I rolled down the window it got maybe 4-5 inches and stopped. Opened the door up (passenger side) it was hitting the mirror wire. I pulled the wire out and it got stuck. Pulled some more and now my connecter is in my door. I can't seem to fish the wire over. So removing the window panel is the same as the front?
Matthew it will be slightly different because the back doors are smaller of course. If you apply what you see in the video, you will be fine. Same basic principle. Thanks for watching!
@@egarnica9759 Maybe this will help. It can be tricky. I hate you are having trouble. Yeah, Failing after 2 years is not a good start. Maybe it will be better for you in the future. Thanks for watching and commenting!

@Kolton Gabriel Lately I have been using Flixzone. You can find it by googling :)
This video saved my ass twice. Once when I took the door apart a year ago. And twice when I put it back together again today. Thanks.
Glad it Helped!
Thank you sir. You just saved me $300 for a handle change at the dealer.
Glad I was able to help!

Thanks you so much! Glad to help!
Thank you so much for the great video. I damaged mine off roading and needed to transfer all the guts to my new shell I just painted.

Thank you! This is the BEST vid I’ve seen on door disassembly… Did you ever do a door reassembly one?
Thank you. Sorry, I didn't not.
@@ForceBuilt is it hard to reattach the window to the assembly during reassembly? Appreciate you!
@@DrJay-er9ky I don't think so. Just go slow and you will be fine.
Great job. Great Video! Thank you!
Great video. And a real man tears it down in the living room.

hi, thank you for this video. can I use this video to change the front passenger window. Does it have the same inner panel?
Yes, it will be very similar. Should be able to use this video and change it no problem. Thanks!
Thanks still helping
My passenger door won’t open from the outside out of no where. Hoping it’s a DIY to fix the problem. Thanks for this video! 👍🏽
All I got to say about about these Jeeps. It’s a 2016 and in two years this part is all ready Broken!!! How cheap are these parts!!!
What part are you talking about? I am taking this apart for painting.
@@ForceBuilt my window not closing. Looking to see how to get to it.
