It is fantastic but not super long lasting
One of the more complete reviews of this watch that I’ve seen! I agree, it’s a great summer watch. I’ve owned my blue version for about 4 months and love it. I don’t have one of those fancy meters, but I can say that I’ve been wearing this watch continuously for 3 weeks, and it is only off by 4 seconds….not 4 seconds per day, but 4 seconds overall. It has stayed at 4 seconds fast for about a week and a half! Kind of shocked! So, very accurate! I was going to correct you on the “forged ceramic” comment at the beginning, but you corrected it to forged carbon. You did say the strap is rubber…my understanding is that it is silicon. I was disappointed how difficult it was to get the strap on the first time, but after that it was a snap! As far as it being a regatta time, it’s not really functional as a regatta timer. I race sailboats, and it really would not work for this purpose. I knew that when I bought it. I have other digital watches that are regatta timers. Here’s a UA-cam vid I shot explaining this. Again, great review, and hope Tissot can fix yours. BTW, if you wear yours for a week, how far off is it?

Thanks for the info about regatta timer, really have no idea about yacht racing other then when the boats start the race you want to be as close to the start line with speed. I just got my watch back from service and nothing has changed, I have sent the watch back. I haven’t worn the watch for more then 2 days but it seemed to keep good time. 😊

Solid mid tier for some they may consider anything over $500 as lux. What would you consider the starting point for luxury?

To bad it's got a clunker under the hood. Maybe it got magnetized during shipping. I looked at the other color variations and the blue seems to have the best lume. I would take one over a PRX any day.
I did try demagnetising it and made no difference. Agree the blue would be the way to go

In my opinion only I would say that it is to color full for an everyday watch for most. You can’t really dress this one up. 😊
It was all going so well until the timegrapher! I am still tempted by the red one... but it will really have to be at the right price.
Good news is the watch is covered under warranty. It is a fun watch for sure
All the vintag heads are furious that the cases are black. the orange case is the vintage grail. The originals cost about the same and you get more colours. Part of the point is matching or clashing the straps and cases, big miss. Im a Tissot fanboy too, also,display back😂 ffs
The old ones were made of a fibreglass resin they looked ok, I think the new ones are nice in particular the blue because the case has blue fibres in it and ties in nicely with the dial and strap. I agree with you in regards to the display case back
Looks like a piece of cr@p you would find sellotaped to a comic book from the 60/70's.
It’s not for everyone but I think it’s cool and unique enough to be worthy of being in my collection
