Huh....that looks like a power counter......are you sure we're seeing the same thing? The animation looks similar to how Wildhunt Heathcliff does pwoer counter: enemy runs into you, then you stop them midway then attack.
The spikes on the umbrella are the thorns status Dulcinea had, it’s just the equivalent of Barber’s Blood-tinged Scissorblades and Priest’s Bloodied Hands. Funnily enough, only her status actually changes names as it levels up from its stack count.

I would assume that you need to use the counter to apply the blood shards on her umbrella, similar to Wild Hunt and the horsey, and then she can do her enhanced skills and (hopefully) apply count/do the spin AoE umbrella thing.

I think what you called a enhanced skill one is actually a clashing counter, if you notice a character in a Clash never moves when using a defensive skill just like rodya here and wh Heath when using his counter.

I really think it will be Envy, Sloth, Wrath, not necessarily in that order. But it would fit most, considering Rodion and Dulcinea. Sloth for her essentially waiting so long to act on her wrath, and Envy, for her jealousy over Sancho.
Can we shard walpurgis units and egos? I am still missing quite a few notable units/egos like bl meursalt, fluid sac, rime shank, blind obsession so I try to pull whenever I can but I am also wondering if I should just save for an estimated 2 months+ for the next walpurgis.
You can shard the past Walpurgis Nacht IDs and EGOs when the next new WN event starts. So yes, you should save for stuff. If you have your own preferences then go ahead, but I recommend (in about descending order): Meursault's Regret EGO [makes most Meursault IDs really strong with passive], Yi Sang's Solemn Lament ID, Ryoshu's Red Eyes & Penitence ID (if you haven't gotten her W Corp ID), Regret Faust ID [has lots of aoe skills], Dawn Office Sinclair and Magic Bullet Outis IDs (if you like burn), Solemn Lament Gregor EGO [great multi-coin single target damage], Ishmael's Wingbeat EGO [gambling big damage and heal], and Lantern Don ID [a 00, but a really good Rupture and tanking one, great for Canto 7].
